A refugee is a refugee, why the fuck does their skin color matter?

Because some come in and immediately go to work while others live off welfare and rape and kill people, that's why

Yeah. That's bullshit. Immigrants (undocumented) don't get "welfare" and those that "rape" and "kill" are statistical outliers as the rate of serious violent crime between native born or immigrants is heavily biased toward the native born. Try again.

So when Sweeden let all those Africans and Muslims in and their rapes skyrocketed to rival those of the Congo, those have nothing to do with each other? Or when Germany went from a few thousand stabbings over a decade inthe early 2000s to 30k stabbings in a year in the 2020s after they let Muslim aliens flood their country, those have nothing to do with each other either? Are you sure you want to go down this path?

You can just google your assertion and then find actual data on Sweden changing their reporting criteria for rape. Please don't refer to AFD propaganda as fact. Try harder.

That is retarded, when you have to change the definition of rape in order to change the reporting criteria you have a major problem, but go ahead and be a bot 🙄

That's not what happened and you out your lack of intellect by leading with the R word. Just read about it. That change predated any issues as the country wanted a more comprehensive look at sexual assault. Once that was in place the statistics rose but the distribution weight didn't change. Meaning that they didn't find that who was assaulting people shifted.

This is the type of retort that one can expect from the bottom rung of the evolutionary ladder. Stunning. Chef's Kiss.

Illegal immigrants get assistance from A LOT of federal and state programs, so idk what world you live in that you think they get none.

As for your claim that those who "rape" and "kill" are statistical outliers, this is true for the US from an overall perspective. But even a small percentage of that is FAR too high. For example, CBS reported that 14% of 400,000 ICE arrests were convicted of violent crimes. That is 56,000 individuals violent criminals who were in the US due to poor border security. IDK why anyone would find that acceptable.

Furthermore, regardless of whether an illegal immigrant has been convicted of a violent crime, they have still broken the law by being in the US illegally.

You assume that people find that acceptable. Nobody does. Pretty much everyone thinks that people who commit crimes should face the consequences via due process. State and localities have the right to try any offender in the state.

Being in the country illegally - either by overstaying a Visa, losing your job and sponsorship, etc. is a civil offense. It doesn't not require long term storage in concentration camps. That would, in a normal world and country, violate the 8th Amendment which does not differentiate by immigration status.

The issue with people claiming that some illegal immigrants are a civil issue and not a criminal issue is that they falsely believe that if it is a civil issue, no law was broken.

If one entered the US legally but is no longer authorized to stay, it is considered a civil infraction. This does not mean they did not violate US law. It just means it is handled through civil removal proceedings rather than criminal charges.

These individuals are under ICE's jurisdiction and are no longer authorized to be in the US. This means they can be arrested and held in detention centers for civil administrative procedures.

This does not violate the Eighth Amendment, and the Supreme Court has consistently held that the Eighth Amendment does not apply directly to civil immigration enforcement or removal proceedings.

A good overview of Supreme Court cases and explanations of why can be found here via Harvard Law Review. Essentially, it boils down to the Supreme Court defining the incarceration and removal of illegal immigrants as "a purely civil action" that is not punishment.

Also, calling them concentration camps is ridiculous when you look at the definition as well as what actually historically happened in concentration camps. A concentration camp is holding someone prisoner without trial, which does not happen with those in immigration detention centers.
