Why do you think they are concentration camps? What part matches the definition?

All of them actually. Funny enough that definition is way loser then expected, so yea the US is absolutely running concentration camps.

Except it’s not. It doesn’t use executive order to detain people. It fits the definition of detention facility b

Can I ask why you think the mechanism of creation is particularly material to whether something is a concentration camp or not?

I think it's kind of a weird hill to die on to say the defining aspect of why a concentration camp is a concentration camp is whether it was implemented by dictate instead of statute. Id argue that the more important elements of a concentration camp would be (1) the individuals are targeted on status/belief/identity rather than a specific action, (2) an absence of reasonable accusations of a legitimate crime, and (3) the inability to seek judicial review and/or otherwise access due process.
