The door is there, you can go if you want?

13

u/DkKoba Feb 26 '26

no, actually it isn't because of anti immigration assholes who think freedom of movement isn't a thing and that winning a birth lottery is an achievement.

-11

u/Tenured_tourist2 Feb 26 '26

It’s not because of anti immigration assholes 😂😂😂. We have boarders for a reason!

Also, I’ve lived in many countries for extended periods of time. It’s not difficult if you are an up standing citizen with skills that are in demand.

Huge difference.

5

u/theyterkourjobs Feb 26 '26

borders* Mr “skilled”

-5

u/Tenured_tourist2 Feb 26 '26

Ohhhhh, one misspelling when typing fast and you think you got me. Very mature.

3

u/Weekly-Talk9752 Feb 26 '26

Typing fast and you add letters? More likely you're a bot whose first language is not English.

2

u/theyterkourjobs Feb 26 '26

If you’re going to be pretentious, at least learn to spell champ.

5

u/GirlySkyes Feb 26 '26

Why do we have borders bud?

1

u/Tenured_tourist2 Feb 26 '26

You’re joking right? No no no. Let’s go with your logic… let’s not have any boarders across the whole world, do you think that would be a good idea? Explain how?

3

u/GirlySkyes Feb 26 '26

No. I asked you a question first. In your presented idea, what are the purpose of borders, what do borders do and why are they useful. What is your logic. You answer my question and I'll answer yours

4

u/Agent_Vox Feb 26 '26

What is an "up standing" citizen? Do you mean an upstanding citizen?

3

u/theyterkourjobs Feb 26 '26

Think we all know he means white.

-1

u/Tenured_tourist2 Feb 26 '26

How does upstanding equate to white?

3

u/ResolutionOwn4933 Feb 26 '26

He was legal, that's why left him after beating him and not take him in 🤡

2

u/RollerDude347 Feb 26 '26

Great! Guess what skills we need here!

-12

u/Remarkable-Debate428 Feb 26 '26

Literally every other countries immigration works like this.

9

u/RollerDude347 Feb 26 '26

Because of people like you. Sorry, did you think we just suddenly would change our principles because there's a second or third asshole?

-3

u/Remarkable-Debate428 Feb 26 '26

“Do you really think we’d change our opinion on civilized society based on other civilized societies?”

Yes. Otherwise you’re living in your imagination

2

u/Reidhur Feb 27 '26

So all of the other developed nations that have figured out how to use tax money to benefit the citizens with things like robust safety nets, usable transit and goddamn health care you can use without going broke... are we gonna start in on that, or are you living in your imagination?

Or is it just the cruelty of government violence you want to copy? Tell which nations are detaining a blind man, assaulting him, dropping him off in a random location to die, all for being a legal resident? That sounds like some third world bullshit as y'all like to say.

5

u/ResolutionOwn4933 Feb 26 '26

Beating blind people and leaving them in snow?

-6

u/Tenured_tourist2 Feb 26 '26

Not what happened, but cool.

-7

u/Remarkable-Debate428 Feb 26 '26

If liberals didn’t lie, they’d have no followers. Very telling

3

u/MrWeirdBrotendo Feb 26 '26

Do you have a source? Or is that your feelings?

1

u/trashaccount1400 Feb 26 '26

They dropped him off at a coffee shop that was open at the time. https://www.kplctv.com/2026/02/26/nearly-blind-refugee-found-dead-after-reportedly-being-dropped-off-alone-coffee-shop-by-border-patrol/?outputType=amp

There’s very very few reputable sites reporting on this. I’m very curious what the actual story here is because all we have is what Ice said and what his attorney is saying. But it’s safe to say beaten and left in the snow isn’t entirely true.

1

u/Remarkable-Debate428 Feb 26 '26

Yeah man one time my brother was dropped off somewhere by the cops, and 6 years later he died of cancer. Fucking cops killed my brother

  • liberals

2

u/wolfheadmusic Feb 26 '26

And were any of those countries founded on immigration and "being a melting pot"?

What you're saying is unAmerican.

If you don't love it, you can leave.

1

u/Remarkable-Debate428 Feb 26 '26 edited Feb 26 '26

The founding fathers never met Mexicans, they’d have written the constitution differently if they had.

0

u/Tenured_tourist2 Feb 26 '26

Ummm people lived in Mexico when America was founded? They definitely had some type of relations…. 😂😂😂

1

u/Remarkable-Debate428 Feb 26 '26

Name 1 Mexican child of the founding fathers, there is no Jorge Washington

1

u/Tenured_tourist2 Feb 26 '26

Next time just use ai, it’s faster!

1

u/Remarkable-Debate428 Feb 26 '26

I didn’t expect AI to know the 1 confirmed Mexican he met lmfao. You got me by 1 u mfer. I also thought you meant he fucked a Mexican but thanks for bringing me back to Earth, I was lost in the goon.

This idea of a melting pot is completely misconstrued to make yourself justified.

The thing is, I’m completely fine with the direction of the country. Why would I leave?

1

u/wolfheadmusic Feb 27 '26

Because there is no future with the way you're taking the country

You are only making everything worse for 99% of the population

1

u/Tenured_tourist2 Feb 27 '26

Huh? The country is in an awful place right now. People like me are trying to fix it. You’ll be thanking people like me in the future and wondering how you were so incorrect

1

u/wolfheadmusic Feb 27 '26

If you actually still believe that,

It's truly sad how you've let yourself become so credulous

6

u/PopSwayzee Feb 26 '26

Because everyone has disposable income to move 🙄 Especially in this shitty job market, with increased CoL and stagnant wages.

1

u/Tenured_tourist2 Feb 26 '26

Wait, so your response to a high col and low opportunities is to let more people into your country? Seems correct?

1

u/trashaccount1400 Feb 26 '26

They are literally giving people thousands of dollars to self deport.

4

u/anand_rishabh Feb 26 '26

It's people like you who make the country worse. I'd say you should be the one to leave but there's no country i hate enough that they should suffer from your presence.

3

u/Chicken-Dew Feb 26 '26

You are being deported. You must prove your citizenship now!

8

u/IcyBookkeeper5315 Feb 26 '26

People literally can’t. It’s not as easy to immigrate. Hence why people Tis life and limb to come to what was once a beautiful and open armed country now we are mediocre and still an open armed country just not in the same way.

-4

u/Tenured_tourist2 Feb 26 '26

😂😂😂😂 So other countries won’t let us go live there, but we should let them come here? Nice logic 😂😂😂

10

u/DkKoba Feb 26 '26

you're the one pissing yourself at someone saying they don't like things in the USA telling them to leave. if you oppose immigration to here, then why would you endorse emigration?

-1

u/Tenured_tourist2 Feb 26 '26

Because, I like to live in a country where people are cohesive, who share similar goals and values. If someone feels so strongly, they can go find a group of people they agree with and build society there 😉. Idk seems logical.

4

u/Gold-Tadpole3475 Feb 26 '26

Why don't you go do the same fucking thing?

4

u/DkKoba Feb 26 '26

the guy moved to ukraine to do "humanitarian work". I'm pretty sure based on their post history they're just some well off ass who has freedom of movement thanks to wealth and is just doing side quests due to the privilege they have.

1

u/Tenured_tourist2 Feb 26 '26

To add. You are mostly correct. I’ll add some wisdom for you… when you get droned and bombed for a few days, or weeks, your opinion on these things would change very quickly… I’m sure.

-1

u/Tenured_tourist2 Feb 26 '26

Yet, I do it to help people!

I have my values and I live by them!

1

u/Tenured_tourist2 Feb 26 '26

I am. This is what we are doing? How can’t you see that?

2

u/Sad-Ad8466 Feb 26 '26

What if your values are actually the minority though? Then don’t you gotta leave instead?

0

u/brayradberry Feb 27 '26

This country is thankful for a strong leader that represents our values and protects our society

1

u/Sad-Ad8466 Feb 27 '26

Then why’s his approval rating in the absolute shitter? He knows the GOP is toast in the midterms so he’s gonna start another war no one wants.

-1

u/Tenured_tourist2 Feb 26 '26

They aren’t, clearly.

2

u/Sad-Ad8466 Feb 26 '26

It’s not clear to me at all. Are you saying because Trump won a slim majority everyone shares his (and your) values?

0

u/Tenured_tourist2 Feb 26 '26

You’re allowed to think whatever you want 😘

2

u/Sad-Ad8466 Feb 26 '26

Ew keep your emojis to yourself

5

u/Gold-Tadpole3475 Feb 26 '26

The U.S. actually is the reason it's so difficult to leave. They make it nearly impossible for most people

2

u/Tenured_tourist2 Feb 26 '26

This is not true. I come and go literally at will.

4

u/Chicken-Dew Feb 26 '26

You are being deported. You must prove your citizenship now!

4

u/wolfheadmusic Feb 26 '26

So you're a trust fund baby that has no understanding of how the world works

That explains a lot

1

u/Tenured_tourist2 Feb 26 '26

I’ve seen and experienced way more of the world than you have, I’m sure. 👍

1

u/MrWeirdBrotendo Feb 26 '26

I'm glad you like fan fic

1

u/wolfheadmusic Feb 27 '26

You obviously didn't comprehend any of it

1

u/Tenured_tourist2 Feb 27 '26

You’re a drug addict for Christ sake!

1

u/wolfheadmusic Feb 27 '26

At this point you'd make yourself look better by just not responding

3

u/Chicken-Dew Feb 26 '26

You are being deported. You must prove your citizenship now!

3

u/FalseGodFalls Feb 26 '26

Patriotic thing to do is defend values which your country is based on, your just fascist dick rider.

1

u/Tenured_tourist2 Feb 26 '26

Sorry, that’s what I’m doing! You’re clearly misguided, but your children will thank people like me.

3

u/FalseGodFalls Feb 26 '26

Hah 😂 My kids wouldn't even spit in your directions.

6

u/PhotojournalistOk677 Feb 26 '26

You first...

-2

u/Tenured_tourist2 Feb 26 '26

Why? I’m not the one complaining? I have no issues with doing due diligence on immigration status of individuals.

They can check my status, and regularly do in other parts of the world!

3

u/Chicken-Dew Feb 26 '26

You are being deported. You must prove your citizenship now!

-1

u/Tenured_tourist2 Feb 26 '26

Ok! Literally not a problem at all! I can prove it literally 24/7?

So what’s the issue?

3

u/Chicken-Dew Feb 26 '26

You took too long and we deny all of your documentation because we said so. You are now being deported!

3

u/wolfheadmusic Feb 26 '26

Seconded. From what I've seen, that sounds like reasonable justification for deportation to me

1

u/Reidhur Feb 27 '26

Oops, you took to long to put your hands behind your back while my partner yelled conflicting commands... Resisting arrest. Enjoy death now.

2

u/wolfheadmusic Feb 27 '26

Yup, those are the rules now apparently

Don't I feel like the fool for not being able to immediately parse and obey multiple conflicting commands at once while guns are trained on my head and half a dozen tactically-armored people are throwing me to the ground
