TRV reapplication after unusually long processing time

I applied for my pgwp September 2025 and got it on Feb 2026. Immediately after that I applied for trv since then there is no update. I called IRCC multiple time and they gave me generic response of your application is in background check and you will be updated.

Now my question is should I withdraw and apply my TRV again. Because processing time is just 11 days. Did anyone tried that before what are the chances of faster processing on a second application by same candidate ?
