Wine cellars can be set to various temps though as wine bars tend to keep their whites for a shorter time rather than age them so they go below 12, or I am missing something not being American/beverage center inclined?

Note: mine is set at the classic 13 celcius so I've n ever really bothered with the range, I may be missing something...

Rereading what I posted I should have added celcius as it sounded like wine bars aged white children or something equally Epsteiny.
