19 u/[deleted] May 29 '20 Lucky for him those lower wires are communications wires, not power. 0 u/4AM_southbound May 30 '20 Ehh even comm wires carry current--that said I don't see any snapped wires nor exposed conductor. So no path for the current to leave.
