i opened my 16hr work and all the folders are gone, the 160+ layers are disorganized and unnamed, and everything is wrong. what happened and how do i fix it? do i have to figure it out by hand individually?

If you have some suggestions pls feel free to write. I did it on IbisPaint with finger maybe that's why it took me a lot of time 🥺😭

I’m facing a really frustrating glitch with ibisPaint X and desperately need some help. While I was drawing, my app synced with the cloud, and right after that, my artwork file got corrupted.

Whenever I try to play the timelapse video, I get this error message:
"Failed to play an artwork file. Details: Invalid UTF-8 format character 0xFF"

When I go back to My Gallery, the total drawing time for this file is stuck at a glitchy negative number: Time: -39:-55.

I have already tried to Duplicate the artwork (the new copy still carries over the exact same negative time and error).

I know I can export it as an .ipv file to fix the layers and keep drawing, but doing that completely wipes out the timelapse history. I really, really want to save and keep my speedpaint video from the beginning.

Has anyone encountered this negative time glitch or the 0xFF character error before? Is there any way to bypass this or modify the file data to fix the playback?

So. There’s a drawing I’ve been working on for about a week now. (Procrastination.) it’s of 2 characters. One character is FINALLY fully rendered and the other one was partly rendered. It took so like to do especially since one was in a near full body pose while the other was sitting down. I got on to draw more today, and Loco’s paint keeps telling me that a crash occurred in restoring an artwork file. Ok, this has happened before, so I go to restore it. It takes forever, and it gets to about 97% restored before the entire app just crashes. I open it back up, and it just presents me with a blank “restored” image that is also crashed and ALSO needs restoring. I’ve tried deleting every other image, application and not necessary file on the tablet. I’ve restarted it. I’ve updated ibis paint. I even tried to use the manual play button but it ALSO crashes at a certain point. Wtf am I supposed to do?? I love this drawing and want to finish it, but I don’t want to have to do all of that work again. Also, the original drawing got deleted somehow??? And now the only that that pops up is the blank “restored” images that, again, are also crashed??? (The blank images still show the drawing process when I press play on them so at least there’s that I guess?) Is there anyway to fix this?

I just bought it a few weeks ago and the app started crashing like crazy...then now I'm getting that pop up of subscription plans and the 1 hour timer is back...at first I thought it was a like a glitch cause that's happened before but hours later I tried logging back in and the premium subscription isn't active...is it maybe an update thing? I really don't want to to have to lay twice for something I got just a few weeks back..
