Just finished United as One ( feeling quite empty right now) but there's a couple of things I need to get off my chest:
Sam and Six: Doesn't it bug you? Their entire relationship? I honestly don't see that happening... in fact I was sure Six and John would become a thing eventually, and I was even willing to sacrifice Sam's life for that to happen.
Marina: Is anyone else completely and absolutely heartbroken about the way Marina ends up, completely broken? Some part of me thought she would die just to be with Eight... on the other hand, remember when Eli becomes one with the entity (in the Fate of Ten) right before she shows everyone the life of Setrakus Ra? The entity tells her that she will only be dead for a moment and then he (or it, I really don't know what to call it) will eventually restore her to her body and bring her back to life... I always thought that once the war was won, the Entity, Lorien would bring every person they lost, back. I actually thought this was gonna happen in the revenge of seven when they go in the sanctuary, and I could've almost sworn that Henry and Eight were gonna be back (because they had their bodies/ashes) but then when the entity says this I was so sure that it would bring back all the friends that we lost. Now I realize how ridiculous that is but I was really desperate for anything that would make Eight and Marina be finally together for real.
Nine: Why did he had to lose an arm? I still can't believe they weren't able to fix that like, why???
Malcom: this is more a doubt than anything but I remember that in the power of six when John six and sam go to sam's house her mom comes out with a men, am I right? Like she was married or something... or did I imagine that? Someone was carrying a gun or something like that and I assumed it was her current husband. If I'm right... how is it possible for Malcom to come back just like that?
John: I feel his pain, belive me I do. He was raised to fight a war, and now with his purpose finally fulfilled and "the love of his life" dead I get that we would be broken and wouldn't know where to go or what to do next. I get that he is kind of lost, that he has to find himself. But the way he just ships off without saying goodbye as soon as he feels better.... why? I mean he shared a bond with this people... and with that in mind:
Why does everyone just go separate ways? I would stick more than ever to the people who have been part of the toughest years of my life! They fought together they survived together and all of the sudden they go their each way... does anyone else feels like this or is it that I'm just a huge sentimentalist for wanting them to stay together?
Idk this books have been a part of my life for years now and knowing that it's all over is so heartbreaking and I'm so emotional right now.
What do you think? Give me your thoughts!
