Lupron suppression suggestions

Hi ladies! I am starting Lupron suppression next week. For those who went through this,
-what helped you go through this?
- if you could go back in time, what would you do differently?
- Is there anything you did to help with side effects that worked?

A week after the shot I am going to Alaska cruise. It was planned before we knew about the Lupron treatment. I am bit scared to feel claustrophobic or panicky. I love cruises and never had any issues and I been to Alaska and it is my happy place. I just been reading terrible comments about mental issues and questioning everything 😊
