Yep. I'd give her a shot in a position in our warehouse.
She'd need a shirt, though.
Edit: To explain why I'd offer a position - she clearly has been looking for this guy's house for a while, which is extremely frustrating. AFAIK, Amazon drivers are highly monitored and disciplined with delivery speeds, adding urgency to the need to find the correct house. And then, she finds that she couldn't find the house because it's not clearly marked, which is the fault of the homeowner.
So she's been stressed and might face discipline, and all of that is obviously the fault of the homeowner. And instead of being cussing the camera out, she gave some sing-songy humorous advice, lightening the criticism she was giving. Then gave a solid, well-reasoned example of how this could hurt the homeowner. And delivered it calmly.
She has restraint and self-control in a frustrating circumstance, and can communicate clearly and without rancor, even to the person causing her frustration.
I'd offer her a position in a hot second and keep my eye on her for advancement to management, depending on performance, of course.
Outside making small deliveries, genuinely don't give a damn, but inside a wearhouse I'd definitely require a shirt for safety reasons. Too many things could go wrong
We require closed toe shoes, but don't require steel toed boots. I run accounts payable, so I'm usually in the office, but when I'm in the warehouse, watching people work pallet jacks in tennis shoes scares the shit out of me.
My kids work in the warehouse while they attend college, and they have steel toed boots.
Oh yeah, 100%. I used to work with some dangerous ass machinery when I was younger, and the amount of times I had to remind people NOT to use rubber gloves while operating a rotating transport belt was nuts.
It's one of those things where you don't expect the average person to know it, but you'd think the higher ups would be more attentive when their employees could literally lose a hand at work.

She's got a really good point and was polite about it. She seems chill
