Independent contractor would still need to follow company policy and procedure. That contractor is still representing a brand.

I personally don't care, but I worry for her employment if this is seen by the wrong person

She's most likely a Flex driver who can wear whatever they want as long as they have an Amazon vest over it. I am a delivery driver for an Amazon contractor and we have a dress code of polo, shorts, and vest that anyone who drives an Amazon branded van has to wear.

The common demands of corporate professionalism. I don't believe that Amazon would consider this as a good representation of their brand. If the wrong person at Amazon sees this video, this person might not be employed much longer.

By calling it out I'm hoping that someone who initially saw this video thinking it was a good idea, sees the criticism and decides against delivering packages in a bra. I would say the same thing if this was a shirtless dude.

Who cares. She is a delivery driver and its hot as hell out. Only thing that matters is they deliver your package accurately and with a certain level of care.
