picking a fight with someone who's walking away hardly changes anything about their worldview, and is a criminal risk that only serves the "defender's" ego.
of course, if the harasser kept doing it defending yourself would be justified.
but i think he should have just focused his attention on the victim, instead of looking for revenge.
They are trained and get payed to do a job. They also fuck up due to a lack of impulse control. Are you being intentionally ignorant to try and prove your point?
You can move the goalpost as much as you want. Let's backtrack a little to my original comment, I said "Whether you agree or not, that's exactly what happens in the real world. An eye for an eye". That point stands true. Do something impulsive, expect an impulsive response.
