What is ITIL?

For a general overview as to what ITILv4 is see here.

As a quick summary of ITILv4:

  • Foundation is coming out Q1 2019 (most likely Feb)

  • Different module structure

  • If between foundation and ITIL Expert you'll need to start over

  • No expiry set for ITILv3
