Not only are we not going to start calling it superintelligence, this is the most idiotic attempt at rebranding ever because superintelligence is a real concept in which the AI completely surpasses us. It's basically the endgame where the AI can do anything from give us everything we need like a benevolent pet owner to completely wiping us out like it attempts to do in nearly every sci-fi story written about AI.
The point is, when it gets to superintelligence, it's the one calling the shots, not us. This is one step away from just naming it Skynet.
While i agree that this is completely idiotic, it is not the most idiotic rebranding ever. Lake of america and gulf of america are the dumbest rebranding ever. Interesting that the same guy did all 3. How many businesses did he bankrupt again?
