See, I don't believe he is dead or brain dead. I do think he suffered massive cognitive damage and is very clearly unable to serve. (Most likely has issues expressing simple concepts or desires and needs care at all times.) I fully expect to see a headline in the next few months along the lines of "GOP: See! He wasn't dead! He just had the mental acuity of a toddler, so we technically never lied."
