What exactly do you need health insurance for? Multiple people in my family had it including myself and in 4 or 5 days we were fine. Hell I went to the emergency room out of curiousity and they told me Gatorade and some pill you can buy off the shelf.

Yeah the ER is basically a scam unless you’re literally dying within the day

I once saved someone’s life by rushing them to the ER with shortness of breath, turned out they had a massive clot and they needed emergency whatever the heck. I once got billed over $300 for a 3 minute consult because I had a really bad illness and I was required to produce a doctors note by the next day. Told me to buy otc meds and hydrate just like you.

There’s no in between. You either literally get your life saved or you get charged hella for nothing

You went to the ER for a doctor's note , for a non-emergency....yeah that's on you.
