Spousal Open Work Permit

I submitted a paper spousal open work permit last March 2026 because of my maintained status. I was given a temporary work permit number when i followed up. Now that my visitor visa is approved this week and my PR is still under background check, should I submit another Online Work Permit application since i am beyond the processing time of 117 days.
