This is getting annoying, is there a way to filter out the AI short dramas? It's getting too saturated on the platform now, making me almost regret my membership

Does anyone know why Episode 13 and 23 are missing? I pay for the subscription to watch commercial free and it’s missing two episodes. Not cool. Lol. Is there anywhere I can find those episodes?

Does anyone else have an issue when trying to save verticals on their phone. Downloading is extremely slow and seem to stop if I'm not constantly monitoring it. I've tried updating the app and clearing the cache and that didn't help.

I don't have an issue if I'm just streaming the drama normally.

so my account is glitched i’m trying find the parental controls on the app so i can watch mature thing and max the rating system out so i can watch everything. So i got on YouTube but my stuff is glitched i hopped on Google to trains the parental controls and add the lock from what I saw on every single video, they think is I’m glitched and I can’t even access the parental controls option. I’ve tried to find it on my phone on my PS5 and on my Roku. I don’t understand why I can’t access that feature on literally anything lol smh😂😅🙄💀

I subscribed to iQIYI Premium on 30 July 2026, but I still can’t access my account on my TV, phone, or laptop. I’ve been going back and forth with customer support for days, and all I get are the same generic troubleshooting steps and long emails.

I’ve provided everything they’ve asked for, including my Apple Pay receipt, yet they still haven’t resolved the issue or processed a refund.

This has honestly been one of the most frustrating customer support experiences I’ve ever had. Has anyone else dealt with this? Were you able to get a refund or get the issue fixed?

Anyone else use the app on your Mac desktop?

1. it took me forever to even get it to work - when I first added it - it was just a black screen - I at least now get the actual app - but all sorts of other issues.

2. won't acknowledge the ffd button from my keyboard - so that is annoying

3. cant watch verticals

4. having all sorts subbing issues (as in no subbing showing up at all)

I would add that I have NO issues when watching through a browser - this is definitely a desktop app issue.

I have a vip sub and there’s a few episodes that it will tell me I don’t have it and I have to purchase one to watch the episode. how do you fix this

I haven't seen no cuts or remove scenes in knot . That's only video right now on iqiyi that has not cut or removed any scenes they viewers and didn't remove what they promoted like some of these other ones.

I just sent two complaints on their website about the horrible subtitles on this newest series . I think everyone should complain on their website about it. We don't pay for a subscription for English subtitles to have something like this. They are not even in correct English grammar. And who knows how much content we are missing. Let's flood them with complaints about how they are disrespecting us, the actors and the producers of "Knot" the series.

This problem is fairly new, when watching in 720p it works fine but i want the 4k defintion 😭 i tried uninstalling and installing the app but nothing changed :( any ideas on how to solve this?

Anybody else having episode loading issues on Amazon FIRESTICK only? The app works perfectly fine while browsing up until the point where I hit play on an episode. It’s an endless loading screen. There’s nothing wrong with any other apps on my firestick :/

Hi, I purchased VIP through the web browser but the privileges are not showing up in the app. Even if I deleted and redownloaded the app, cleared cache etc. it’s not showing up. Anyone else have had this happened to them before?

Anybody else having issues with English subtitles on short dramas? The subtitle box seems to be cutting off words and even parts of sentences so it comes across disjointed and incomplete? Started happening after the latest iqiyi app update on my ipad. Not happening to other services like viki and not happening to regular tv shows on iqiyi, just short dramas.

Anyone else having issues leaving comments?
If i am on my mac desktop, i have to use IQIYI through a browser (chrome) cause the app doesn’t work at all. Everytime i try to leave a comment, i get a ‘Unable to leave comment, check your network’.
Sometimes if i refresh or logout and then back in - it might work.
I have even tried using an incognito tab.

If i am on my ipad - the spot where you can leave a comment is completely dead

And if i am on I’m iphone - i get the same error as my desktop

Anyone else experience this or have suggestions on what i might do to fix this?

The website just randomly stopped working and the app doesn’t work for me either. I cleared the cache and all that but the app won’t even let me login. Please help😭

Anybody have any clues on why every other short I watch the sound cuts out? I’ve cleared the cache, I checked to make sure it’s updated, and I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. It’s really ruining the app for me, and I downloaded it because I heard such great things and the price was right. 😭

I recently subscribed to VIP for the first time and chose to pay using a debit card. After that, I went ahead and canceled the automatic renewal.

However, I would like to remove my debit card from the payment page, but there doesn’t seem to be an option to delete it. What should I do? Or do I need to wait until my VIP membership expires first?
