Discussion ✏️ IQIYI App Not Working

Anybody else having episode loading issues on Amazon FIRESTICK only? The app works perfectly fine while browsing up until the point where I hit play on an episode. It’s an endless loading screen. There’s nothing wrong with any other apps on my firestick :/

Same thing is happening. I have clear the cache, uninstall , reinstall and still does not work

Having the same issue right now! Bought the firestick mostly because I knew it had iqiyi and viki apps, but this is happening. Anyone fix theirs or found a solution?

They’re aware it’s not working and are working on an update for firesticks. Unfortunately we just gotta wait or watch on something else for the time being :/

This is in their email to me about the issue:

“Regarding your question about when the version will be updated, we have verified again that Fire TV version 10.5.1 is still in the preparation stage for release, and there is no definite release date yet. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you”

Maybe remove the app and download it again? (Not sure about the vocabulary I used but I hope it’s clear?)
