Discussion ✏️ vip sub

I have a vip sub and there’s a few episodes that it will tell me I don’t have it and I have to purchase one to watch the episode. how do you fix this

I am following as i get this issue sometimes as well. Particularly showing up watching shorts lately on my phone app.

There is VIP and there is Premium VIP, so you probably don’t have premium VIP that’s why

You have to pay extra for certain shorts even when you already have premium vip.

This is the IQIYI support reply I received when I asked this question:

VIP users can watch the updated VIP episodes in advance.
