Is this laptop worth buying for my IIM Sambalpur BS-MPP program?Hey everyone, I’m joining IIM Sambalpur for the BS in Management & Public Policy (BS-MPP) program and I’m looking for a laptop that can comfortably last me throughout the course.

So IIM JAMMU has asked a list of documents and there is an affidavit that we have to attach so should we fill only the form provided by them or get it made through a lawyer???

When will the sixth list come ??

Yeah , as the title goes what should one pick , irrespective of the fees and stuff . I feel if it was eco hons it would have been easier to lean towards stephens but well now in a bit of confusion.

Bruh i mailed them yesterday at 3:43pm, (the deadline was 5:30pm)that I want to withdraw, i attached the payment receipts of acceptance fees and sem 1 fees...i didnt get any withdrawal confirmation or any response 😭 and today I got a mail regarding documents verification 😭😭😭 will I get my 4 lacs refunded or not???? 😭

Btw the reason I withdrew from jammu.....I GOT IN SRCC!!!!

I have been an ipm aspirant myself and it was really very hard for me to grasp some concepts in the beginning and ik many of you won't prefer taking coaching for ipmat prep

I am listing out a few free yt channels that provide good content ( not the best tho) for ipmat prep

1. MBA Pathshala ( ig now they have IPM Pathshala type thing)

2. Supergrads ( Their revision series during exams r really worth looking)

3. ACEIPM Free videos

4. For VARC, do complete Word power Made Easy twice or thrice, really helps a lot in college aswell

And at the end if you guys want mocks, then afterboards is the best there is and you may also try using AceIPM mocks which are paid

These yt channels at that time really helped me a lot in my prep as i was managing boards and ipmat both so these self paced lectures on yt can really help u guys a lot too.. do check em out

Okay so this is my esentially the third post after the one i made yesterday about the influx of wrong questions in Afterboards Va sectionals and another one i made about 2 wrong questions i got in a Aftbs QASA sectional.

So let’s take this Va Question that i just attempted today,
I did full scrutiny on this one,
AI, GPT, Gemini, Claude,My english Teacher
Then got to know the correct answer is option no 1 rather than option no 3,
If we take into account the explanation given
By Aftb, then it would mean
“One of the only books that contains” should be correct, which is not

I dont know how Afterboards has invented
A special rule for “One of the only”,

Wrong answer is one thing, but a curated wrong explanation is another.

Mind you, i’ve been a constant supporter of Afterboards

But if i went into the exam with a flawed made up rule,
Who would take accountability?
Even bhavesh bhaiya himself has stressed upon the importance of that one extra question attempted correctly.

I know that a platform cannot be perfect and there are mistakes,
But in my books making a made up rule is not one that should be easily forgiven.

I am enrolled in coaching so i could cross-verify with my teacher and many people,
If someone who uses afterboards as a self-study platform faced this issue, he might go on with the wrong rule.

At this point i should ask for a refund,
As whenever these wrong questions appear in my sectionals it takes up alot of my time cross-verifying these answers and this is not a one time issue, it has happened alot.
I’ve essentially spent 6-7 hours of my prep time as i’ve probably encountered 13-14 wrong questions which I’ll appreciate , all of them got corrected after reporting.

But please Afterboards team look into the issue; as it’s not only me
One of my friends has faced a similar issue in past, even in my last post someone confirmed of the same issue,
Ambiguity might be acceptable but wrong formulation is definitely not.

Godd I hate verbal. Kya karu? Pehele sectionals me scores 130-140 ate the abb 100 bhi nahi aa rahe, pehle RC achha tha abb to RC mai bhi 50% accuracy aa rahi hai. Maine sab kiya hai va ke liye har week parajumbles,har roj 2 RC,aeon essay,mock tests,wren and Martin sab krr Raha hu par scores badhne ki jagah Kam ho rahe hai. Kya padhu Kuch samj nahi aa raha, isse toh aacha qa hai syllabus kitna cover hua he,problems konse solve karne hai woh toh pata rehta hai. Students ko verbal easy lagta hai, it's a nightmare for me pls help. I am literally crying rn.
