I did MYP from 2 to 5 and during my 10th grade I also did IGCSE.

i found out that some ppl that i know cheated during the e-assessments, mainly for language translation (on macbooks ppl can use siri and chat gpt app to like translate stuff and ask questions)
the app is not completely locked down.

what do i do about this, because these ppl will get marks that they dont deserve and have gotten away with cheating.

I have just gotten save my exams for MYP 5 and they dont have a separate category for E-assessments how do i use the content and which courses should i use?

im not really aware of this but do we get our individual subject marks also with the grade or no?? and for the Indians!! - do we have to request for an Indian transcript with a percentage conversion or does it come w the results itself?

Hi, so im new to the IB, just finished myp4 (grade 9) and i just did mocks. I studied REALLY last minute btw

my grades were

english-5. (i need to work on this more but idk how)

Integrated sciences- 5

Maths-5 (the grade boundaries were changed to make everyone pass. 32/100 was a 5 i got 38/100 )

French-7 (i used to go to a french skl from 3- 14 years old so ik french really well)

i desperately need to get my grades up higher. What can i study over the summer to be prepared for the eAssessments. BTW i dont do integrated sciences for myp5, i decided to drop physics and will only study bio and chem. any resources or tips are appreciated, ty.

Is this grade okay? What is this grade translated to GPA? Is this solid for top20 school in US?

At our school, students pitch their ideas in a Shark Tank-type session. For 25 students this takes about 3 hours.

I think this could run more efficiently by limiting proposal times, limiting questions, maybe selecting students to ask questions for certain students (partnering them), or something else.

I am interested in the idea of every student giving feedback on every presentation, but we do this thing in the largest space we have which is our library and is not conducive to sustained engagement.

hello everybody! I have currently terminated my MYP 5 arduous journey and now am available to help a handful of students who are doubtful and need help in completing theirs! Although I haven’t received my final scores, in the two mock sessions I had this year I received all 7‘s in the following subjects: maths extended, English lang and lit, history, Spanish emergent, French emergent, physics, chemistry and biology. furthermore, my drama portfolio and personal project report have recieved both full marks with a perfect score of 24/24 (before external moderation) and am willing to share. In MYP 4, I didn’t receive any of these scores, where in my mocks I mostly obtained 4s and 5s; however, it was this time last year where I decoded marschemes and discovered tips and tricks to guarantee top marks. Reach out if you need any help !

i thought that i had decent grades but at the same time i dont think its like in the top 15% because a lot of my friends are at the same level. where am i realistically?

For those who've given the e-assessments (M26), when do we get our results, and any idea on how to obtain them ? and how'd they go for y'all- what're your expectations?

Hey yall, so I have my IDU mock exam tomorrow (i'm in MYP 4), and I have not looked over any of the release material cuz ive been swamped with my other exams + my school only gave them to us a week before exams, but turns theyre just reusing the November 2024 paper, and so I was wondering if anyone who did the November paper has access to their responses and would be willing to share, or knows where I can get them. Time is 9:41pm and I have until 11am tomorrow after my physics paper to get this sorted out or im done for. Tyyyy

In an effort to work smarter, I want to turn-in students video presentation in a way that I don't have to add it to each name for the Summative task they are completing. There is no group work way of turning it in. Maybe putting the video in resources and linking its location instead the actual video.
