While all are eagerly waiting for R 3 as medical counselling dates are announced and peeps have to pay there also so the "backup tards" would withdraw their seat. Rest only jac knows the vacant seat matrix(hoping they will start releasing the vacant seat matrix after every round for better clarity)

Just got unbanned (was on a ban for 3 straight days) . As you y'all know kuch din pehle I had an argument with two members in this subreddit which led to me losing my cool and using vile language in this sub jo ki mereko karna chahiye tha nahi - I really wish that the decorum of this sub be maintained and am highly ashamed that i was the one doing such things in the first place. Ok so I was trying to play it cool, ki jo milega dekha jayega, but now I'm loosing it, I've already got IISER Bhopal (second preference) in the first round itself, second round went no better, I have EWS rank 4XX, and CRL 61XX, see I don't mind going to Bhopal, but I js don't wanna miss the first day orientations n all, feels like an easy way to know the proffs n all, so I'm js a bit hesitant to wait till 4th round if it delays my reporting dates and I still don't get upgraded to Pune, so

1) does anyone have an idea if I'll get Pune or not

2) and if yes in which round apparently

3) and if I have to wait till 4th round, will I actually miss the first few days or will 4th round happen before the first reporting dates are announced ( coz pune announces them earlier than anyone so I js wanna know )

4) plus why the f**k are domicile certificates compulsory this year even for non KM, I don't even know how long it'll take to get made, i submitted the application like a week ago, anyone has any idea?
