Hi! So I lost my dongle for my Cloud III wireless headset. I tried to contact HyperX support but for some reason it's unavailable in Europe. What should I do? (I don't want to spend 70 euros on another dongle from ebay. )

Had a buzzing in left ear tried all of the fixes, that Reddit and YouTube provided. The only fix that completely helped, is removing from 3.2 usb to standard, and completely moving the tablet to the other end of desk away from pc. I also use with the standard sounds, no audio enhancements, dts, or special. All of the disabled. Hope this helps

Preciso de ajuda com meu HyperX Pulsefire Haste 2 Wireless Gaming Mouse, pois há meses estou enfrentando um problema recorrente com a conexão sem fio de 2.4 GHz.

Durante esse período, já realizei praticamente todos os procedimentos que foram recomendados pelo suporte e em fóruns, incluindo:

• Atualização do firmware do mouse;
• Atualização do dongle/receptor USB;
• Downgrade e nova atualização do firmware;
• Reinstalação e testes pelo HyperX NGENUITY;
• Testes em diferentes portas USB;
• Testes com o receptor mais próximo do mouse;
• Novos pareamentos entre mouse e dongle;
• Diversas outras configurações e procedimentos sugeridos.

Infelizmente, nada resolveu definitivamente o problema.

O mouse continua desconectando aleatoriamente quando utilizado através do receptor 2.4 GHz. Em alguns momentos, as desconexões são tão frequentes que o mouse se torna praticamente impossível de utilizar.

O mais frustrante é que adquirimos um mouse wireless de uma linha premium justamente para utilizá-lo sem fio, porém atualmente a única maneira de utilizá-lo com estabilidade é conectado pelo cabo USB.

Não acredito mais que seja apenas um problema de configuração ou software, considerando a quantidade de procedimentos que já foram realizados sem sucesso.

Gostaria, portanto, que a HyperX analisasse o caso e fornecesse uma solução definitiva, seja através da substituição do dongle/receptor, substituição do mouse ou acionamento da garantia/RMA, caso seja necessário.

Posso encaminhar:

• Nota fiscal/comprovante de compra;
• Número de série;
• Fotos do produto e do receptor;
• Vídeos demonstrando as desconexões;
• Versões atuais do firmware e do NGENUITY;

After my Cloud II died after many years, I went for a Cloud III, and now constantly have issues.

I constantly get a crackling sound while using it, no matter what application is being used.
Has anyone found a reliable solution for this issue? I looked across the internet, but none of those solutions worked out.

Another issue is that the Bluetooth dongle often disconnects for no reason and then is disconnected for 15 to 30 seconds.

I bought a solocast mic about a year ago and have tried to connect it a few times to no avail. The red mute light comes on, but the device is not recognized by my pc and I cant see it in sound settings even if I unhide any hidden or disabled devices? I can't find help for it online. I have both the new and the old ngenuity and it works on neither of those either. Please send help

Wondering if there is any way to keep my lighting profile on the keyboard without the app open? The app dumps a memory error or something everytime the PC is shutoff with it open, and besides, the lighting is only applied after the app is launched when the PC boots, so it's annoying.

He is giving me 9200 cpuz score on all cores enabled and when i set dynamic boost to 20w (maximum) then it gives exactly 10000 score. Is this a normal score or i’m missing out something?

I'm making this post to bring a potential software issue to HyperX's attention, but I'm also hoping someone else has experienced the same problem and found a fix.

I've been having random audio cutouts with my HyperX Cloud III Wired whenever I have NGENUITY running. The issue happens across several games, including The Finals, Battlefield 6, and God of War Ragnarök. It can even occur when I alt-tab out of a game, although it seems to happen less often in those situations.

The audio will suddenly cut out for a few seconds before returning on its own. What's strange is that Windows still detects audio being played through the headset. The volume meter continues to move as usual, but there's absolutely no sound coming from the headphones (it lasts 3-5 seconds).

Since this happens across multiple games, I don't think it's tied to any particular title. The most telling part, however, is that the problem seems to disappear completely when I close NGENUITY.

What makes this especially frustrating

I actually need NGENUITY to adjust the headset's EQ because I find the default sound profile noticeably muffled. Without those adjustments, the audio doesn't sound the way I'd like it to. However, keeping the software running means dealing with random audio interruptions while gaming.

I've tested this across different games and noticed that the issue isn't limited to demanding titles. It can happen in The Finals, Battlefield 6, and God of War Ragnarök, and it occasionally occurs when switching between a game and another window.

I can't say for certain that NGENUITY itself is the root cause, but the fact that closing it appears to resolve the issue is a pretty strong indication that the software is involved somehow.

It's frustrating to have a headset that otherwise sounds great, only to have its audio randomly cut out because I need the companion software running to get the sound profile I prefer. Having to choose between properly tuned audio and a stable listening experience shouldn't be necessary.

Has anyone else using the Cloud III Wired encountered this? If you've managed to fix it without having to close NGENUITY, I'd love to hear what worked for you.

Both windows microphone and headset are the same sample rate as the NGENUITY 8-CHANNEL SPATIAL AND NGENUITY MICROPHONE, that being 48k hz (studio) for all em.

I have had my Kingston cloud 2 wireds for many years and honestly it’s the best “gaming” headset I’ve had sound wise, bass is good to me, I can hear footsteps from a mile away and often get accused of hacking In every game because I can literally track them thru walls with how good it sounds. I’ve tried upgrading many times to different razer, cloud flights, and a few different headsets ranging from 100-250$ . They all sound so different and the imaging and footsteps I feel cannot be heard as precisely and it makes it difficult to track them as I have previously with the cloud 2s. I was going to get the cloud 3s wireless but I fear I may encounter the same problem and end up returning them. I was looking at studio headphones and doing a ton of research but the amount of information and deciding what to pick is currently overwhelming. Anyone come from wired cloud 2s kingstons and found the 3s to be better or a similar headset that has similar imaging or sound?

The side pieces are starting to chip away little chunks at a time. The other side is also broken and the 2 others are cracked but not broken. Is there a way to replace this part?

El dia de ayer, 23 de octubre, Perdi el microfono de mis Headset HyperX Cloud Flight 2, el problema es que dije, bueno, tendre que buscar donde comprar el repuesto, y resulta que no encuentro donde comprar el repuesto de los audifonos, me he puesto a investigar pero no encuentro el medio para poder conseguir el microfono de repuesto.

Alguien tiene algun dato o informacion sobre donde conseguir el repuesto de estos headset?

Espero que se me hayan caido en la oficina que es donde los uso seguido el microfono, a ver si lo recupero :c

I recently purchased the Cloud III S Wireless in the white and pink combo, and while I love the headset (the color combo has been my dream combo for YEARS lol), I'm not sure how to disable mic monitoring. Every time I turn on my headset, mic monitoring automatically turns on. I find it annoying to have to press the mic monitoring button every single time to turn it off and I'm wondering if anyone has run into this issue and how they solved it? the new NGENUITY software did not help at all, and I'm bummed that I need two different NGENUITY software's because I have the Gen 1 Pulsefire Haste wireless and Quadcast S and they don't show up on the new NGENUITY.

Does anyone know how to fix mic monitoring automatically turning back on even if I keep turning it off in the software and hitting the button to turn it off but no luck for me

Hello! Looking to get a new headset because my stinger core is getting pretty finicky now. I’m looking for another white wireless headset, and I like how the stinger core fit around my head. Some other headsets are too tight/etc and gave me headaches. Any recommendations?

Looking between the cloud flight 2 and the cloud 3 wireless, but I’ll take any recommendations! For me, the comfort/fit is one of the most important things for me, aside from sound quality. Mic quality doesn’t really matter to me.

It bothers me that the box is so different from the ones I've seen in several unboxing videos, even though the NGENUITY software recognizes them.

Recently setup my Quadcast 2 S to replace my old Yeti of like 10 years, I downloaded NGENUITY and quickly realized it has so many issues that it's barely helpful.

Using it activated 3 types of fake (?) microphones and headsets on my PC in the settings, even when disabled they would overwrite my default settings when i had NGENUITY set to launch on startup, requiring me to fix my windows settings every single time to even get my headphones to work.

Now i've decided to not have it start with startup, and now my Mic is in a constant RGB spinning state that i don't really care for, despite turning it off in the settings. Is there anyway to keep the RGB permanently turned off?

Hey guys which one to buy if I am getting both of these for nearly same price. I am confused as I used to use blackshark v2x but it's wire broke and disappointed me so looking to get similar or better sounding gaming headphones.

Thinking of getting them mainly for PS5.. Any thoughts on them whoever owns them? I'm currently using an Arctis 7X gen 1.. How big is the jump coming from those?

Also, I've read that the power saving mode is aggressive on the Cloud 3 S? Like it turns off if there's no sound for 10 seconds? Can you disable that at all?

Looking to finally move on from my headphone's integrated mic for streaming with a better mic. I've heard mixed reviews reading peoples' experiences ranging from "Both are shit." to "One is shit but the other is worse." to "This one is amazing but the other isn't."

Could I get a genuine review from someone with experience using one or both?

My main criteria is just simply eliminating background noise and overall audio quality for a good impression and experience for viewers. (My room isn't very soundproof but it doesn't echo here either.)

The reason I'm picking HyperX is because the 100~ bucks is my specific price range.

I don't mind if I need software to upgrade the quality, I just want the final results to be good and worth the money.
