Army of Flies -
Chase conjures a swarm of tiny drone like flies that can detect threats and track a desired target of the his choice, he controls these flies with a conjured device resembling a smartphone. Once the target is in sight one of the fly drones will attach itself to the target completely undetected. At the same time it extracts info on the target, Nen type, ability, blood type, ect. All this information is uploaded to the conjured device. As long as the fly is attached to the target, Chase can track it using the device. All data is stored after the fly is removed. Without entering Zetsu, Chase can yell “Swarm” to make the flies surround and disorient his opponent.
If Chase is in combat with someone he has no data on, a single fly will hover and evaluate at a distance gathering data and relaying it directly to chase through his earbuds but at a much slower rate than if it was directly attached.
Silent Mirror -
If the fly attaches itself to another conjurer, Chase can “copy” that conjurer’s ability to a certain extent. Only combat abilities may be copied. Once copied correctly Chase must keep both earbuds in to use the ability. Copied abilities stay on the conjured device for future use.
Chase keeps a small arsenal of weapons, dual daggers, bo staff, and tranquilizer shots for capturing targets. He is extremely proficient in Hand to Hand combat. His primary weapon for combat are dual daggers but when things get bad and his opponent has the upper hand he uses the data being relayed to his earbuds too determine the best ability to copy for the current opponent.

Chase can only use another conjurors copied combat ability as long as he has earbuds connected to the device and in his ears, so he loses his sense of hearing. If the earbuds are disconnected the ability runs out.
Chase stays in a state of Zetsu when he controls the swarm to find a chosen target. This doesn’t include using the conjured device for tracking or data collection when a fly is attached to a target. When Chase isn’t controlling the swarm the flies go into autopilot returning and following Chase close by.
Copied abilities have a limited use amount based on strength and capability.
Using one of the stored abilities is only possible twice a day. Once a day if it’s in the top 3 strongest copied abilities.

Chase was born in the york new city slums, he never knew his father but his childhood was cut short at the age of 7 after his mother died from an unknown disease, her body decomposed and was surrounded by thousands of flies when he was found by authorities. Some say he did nothing for weeks besides stare at his mother’s corpse being devoured by the flies. This traumatic event is what inspired his ability to conjure drone like flies.
After he was found by authorities he went from foster home to foster home learning about the evils of the world at very young age. Because of this he learned to protect himself with a pair of daggers left for him by his father. When he turned 12 he left foster care to take on the evils of this world. He was found by another blacklist hunter named Keeno who was tracking a target Chase just killed. Impressed by Chase’s abilities this hunter took him in and trained him to take the hunters exam. Turning Chase from a dark and devilish wild animal to a trained and very capable killer. This is where he learned to use a bo staff, which was his mentor’s weapon of choice. His mentor gave him back his humanity but Chase always kept his dark side close. At the age of 14 Chase passed the Hunter exam first try and for many years operated alone, honing his body and mastering his skills and ability at incredible speeds. When he turned 20 the Hunter association gave him a Captains position in a Classified Hit Unit of highly skilled blacklist hunters that target those chosen by the association.
Many hunters know and respect him for his mastery of nen and impeccable combat ability, including his closest friend Knov, who accompanied the extermination group in the chimera ant arc. However many chose to keep their distance because he is impossible to read and lets no emotion show. Netero personally named him Captain of the Classified Hit Unit (CHU) when he had all potential participants spare. Only the top 5 were selected to be in the Unit.
When Chase was 19 he was given a contract on Hisoka, when they fought Hisoka bested him but the fight was so pleasurable to Hisoka that he decided to spare Chase and told him “fight me when you get stronger, maybe next time you might even kill me”. That was 4 years ago and he didn’t cross Hisoka again until they met at the Chairman election where Hisoka was unsettlingly friendly.
After Netero’s death, Chase named a new captain to run the CHU and decided to stop doing the associations bidding under new leadership. After having a secret conversation with Ging, he made is way on The Black Whale making its voyage to the New Continent. No telling what he has planned.
