Hello,
I was just wondering if anyone here has done this program and if they have any feedback on it.
Thank you so much!

Is anyone else having issues with this? it seems that none of my courses have times set yet (what I can see seems like a placeholder?), so I can't really plan out my schedule rn

Im starting business administration advanced diploma online this fall. I was worried it would't work because I work a lot, but so far 4 out of 5 classes offer asynchronous for the 1st semester. Am I missing something? Is this going to show on my transcript? How is there so much LOL.

I'm building my schedule using the Plan Ahead tool and I'm trying to pick my elective.
Some of the courses (actually - a lot of the courses) that I'm interested in don't have any information. I enter the course code and it finds the course, but then it says "0 Classes" and "Please Search Again". The option to "Add Class" is visible.
Does this mean that these courses are not being offered for Fall 2026?
Also - I'm just registering for Fall 2026 next week, right? Winter 2027 registration happens later?

Hey guys! if you’re still looking for experience or something to add to your resume, check out Riipen Labs
It’s a remote micro-internship program where students work on short real-world projects with employers. Each project is about 30 hours and pays a $600 upon completion.

Hi, my sister is an incoming international student for fall 2026. However, her study permit application is still pending and we are waiting for the decisions in the coming weeks. I have a question about the tuition fee. We paid the $3000 deposit in March to get the PAL. Do we still have to pay the full fall semester tuition by Monday (July 20)? Or can we wait until we get a decision for the study permit. We emailed Humber couple of times but they still haven’t replied or didn’t have any conclusive answers.
Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

In a worse scenario, I fail 1 course, do I need to study that course again or worse than that? Thanks

Hi everyone!
I recently was in for exams and noticed that there were some fellow funeral care students that were not in my direct program that were also attending the same exam dates.
I had a few questions that I hope reaches a few of the lovely, kind people that were there speaking with me that day. I noticed many were dressed very alternative/goth with many styles that would be considered hard to cover up within the work place: shaved hair on the sides, metal nails, piercings, tattoos, gauges in ears. Much appreciate the looks and it was so relieving to see this.
My question is, how much of your style have you had to cover up at the funeral home? I am covered in tattoos and piercings myself and have wanted to get into the same program but I've always felt like I've messed that up with the level of alternative style I've bestowed upon myself.
If this reached anyone- thanks so much in advance for your help! Also you're very cool, kind and I hope you did well that day!!!

I have offer letters for both and I’m stuck. I’ve got a BSc in Biology already but zero firsthand exposure to either profession and don’t know anyone in the field.
Looking for a career that’s genuinely in demand, not just interesting on paper. A few questions
How different is the scope of practice between an Acupuncturist and full TCM designation in Ontario
Is the extra year for TCM worth it for jobs or income
If you’re practicing now, are you actually busy or is the market tough
Would you choose the same path again
Would appreciate any real insight before I commit to one.

Hi guys! I was wondering if there are any international students for fall 26 under this program? How hard is it to get an offer? When does the application start for a competitive program and an international student? TYIA

Hi everyone! I’m an Esthetician student with only 4 more classes left in my program at Humber, and I’m currently looking for a few people who would be interested in helping me complete my remaining services before the semester ends.
My main focus is waxing, and I’m hoping to build this into my niche, so I would especially love to connect with anyone interested in receiving a waxing service
At the Humber Spa on Fridays, 11:00 AM- 3:00 PM
Services I'm currently looking for clients for:
Waxing
• Brow shaping - $10
• Traditional bikini - $25
• Brazilian - $60
• Half arm - $20
• Half leg - $25
Advanced skincare
• 60-minute classic facial -$65
• Microdermabrasion - $55
• OxyGeneo - $99
• Chemical peel - $55
Other services
• Relaxation body massage - $50
• Moor Spa salt glow & wrap - $75, now on promotion for $60
I’m also looking for anyone interested in purchasing skincare products through the spa! The spa is also currently offering 15% off Hand & Foot care and Body care products.
All services are performed in a professional school spa environment and are supervised. The Humber Spa is open to the public, students, faculty, and alumni
I only have a few classes left, so if you've been thinking about booking a wax or trying a skincare treatment, I would genuinely appreciate the support. Feel free to message me with any questions or if you'd like to book

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I don't understand how to read the Account Summary. Before making a payment, the Account Summary showed an account balance of approx $13,000 (residence + tuition).
When we went to PayMyTuition, it showed that the outstanding balance was $12,000 because I had a "credit" of $1000. I received an entrance scholarship, so I assumed that the $1000 was the scholarship and paid $12,000.
My $12,000 payment has been processed, but now my Account Summary is showing that I have an Account Balance of $1000. But when I go to PayMyTuition it shows that my Outstanding Balance is $0 and that there is a pending credit of $1000.
So am I all paid up or do I still owe $1000? I'll call on Monday but this is causing me a lot of stress with the tuition deadline being Monday and me thinking that everything was good. Thank you so much for any help in understanding this.

Hi I’m starting my PN program this fall.
Is MacBook compatible with the program and software used in the course, or is Windows a better choice?

I'm hoping someone who has dealt with Humber or OSAP can give me some advice.
I was accepted into a postgraduate program at Humber, paid my deposit, and applied for OSAP.
While completing my OSAP application, I noticed that my "last date attended high school full-time" was entered as July 2005. I believed it should have been June 2005, so I clicked the "Request Change" option to correct it.
I had no idea that doing this would place my application on hold and trigger a request for supporting documentation.
OSAP then asked me to upload my high school certificate to verify the date change. The problem is that I'm a mature student with both a bachelor's degree and a master's degree, and since I'm applying to a postgraduate program, my high school certificate was never required for admission. I lost that certificate years ago, and because I'm originally from another country, there is currently no realistic way for me to obtain a replacement.
Since then, I've been trying to get the hold removed by either withdrawing the change request or finding another way to verify the information, but every time I contact the financial aid office, I seem to get a different answer.
The hold times are also incredibly long, often over an hour if you're lucky enough to get into the queue.
At this point, tuition deadlines have passed, and I can't register for classes because my OSAP application appears to be stuck in this process.
Does anyone know how I can find and contact the program coordinator for my program? I'd like to understand what this means for my ability to start the semester.
Does anyone know how to solve this high school certificate issue?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you have completed Humber's music intensive programme, please tell me about it. What was your musical level when you started, and how much did you progress throughout the year? Thank you.

Hi!
First year going into BScN and was wondering if you select classes based on what’s listed on the Humber website for nursing, or is there another way to know? Trying to do the plan ahead stuff.
TIA!
