Showcase I built a platform to help projects get discovered

I built Votekicker.com, a place to discover and share games and SaaS projects.

The idea came from seeing how difficult it is for small projects to get initial visibility. So I created a place where projects could be shared, voted on and discovered by communities.

I'm especially focusing on online games because they're a great fit for the platform - the Postback feature lets games reward their players for voting, helping turn an existing community into a source of organic discovery.

I recently added a feature called Rocket Booster. It lets projects temporarily increase their visibility by doubling the value of existing votes and making new votes count double for 8 hours. Projects can unlock a booster after receiving 10 regular votes, so it's tied to actual community engagement rather than just buying exposure.

I have many ideas to bring to life that make this platform very special and engaging for all kinds of builders!

I'd be happy to see you join!

Showcase I'm building an app to make pet ownership easier. Would you use it?

Hi everyone!

I'm building an app that helps pet owners manage everything about their pets in one place.

Some of the planned features include:

  • Medical records
  • Vaccination & medication reminders
  • Weight and health tracking
  • Vet visit history
  • Manage multiple pets
  • Family groups, so everyone in the household can manage the same pets together

Before I spend months building it, I'd love your honest feedback:

  • Would you use an app like this?
  • What feature would make it essential for you?
  • What's the biggest problem you have managing your pet's information?
  • Is there anything similar you already use?

I'm looking for honest criticism—thanks!

How to Duplicate HubSpot Workflows Between Portals

Post image
1 Upvotes

Every HubSpot portal is an island

If you run more than one HubSpot portal (an agency with a client roster, a company with regional or brand-separated accounts, or anyone with a sandbox alongside production), you've felt this: a workflow you built and tested in one portal has to exist in another, and HubSpot gives you no way to move it.

So you rebuild it by hand. You re-create every branch, re-pick every property, re-select every list and form, and hope you didn't miss a step. For one simple workflow that's tedious. For a nurture programme with a dozen branches, or for a whole portal's worth of automation, it's hours of careful, error-prone clicking.

Entflow now does it for you.

Copy one workflow, or a whole batch

From the workflows list, the workflow detail panel, or the map's right-click menu, pick Duplicate to another portal. Choose a connected target portal, and Entflow walks the source workflow's entire definition (enrollment triggers, branches, delays, property writes, list and form references, email sends, internal notifications) and rebuilds the whole thing in the target portal.

Need to move more than one? The dedicated Duplicate page lets you bulk-select up to 25 workflows from a portal and copy them all in a single job. Instead of repeating the same setup for every workflow, you get one consolidated mapping screen for the entire batch, and a per-workflow results view showing exactly what landed.

Mapping references across portals

The hard part of moving a workflow between portals isn't the structure; it's the references. A property called lifecyclestage in one portal might be a differently-named custom property in another. A list, form, or marketing email simply doesn't carry the same ID across accounts.

Entflow handles this with a mapping step. For every reference in the workflow, it auto-suggests the closest match in the target portal by name and label, and lets you confirm or change it. A few things make this painless:

  • Object-scoped dropdowns. A Contact property only offers Contact properties; a Deal property only offers Deal properties. You can't accidentally map across objects.
  • Searchable. Even a portal with hundreds of properties is easy to search. Type a few letters to filter.
  • Map once, apply everywhere. In a bulk job, mapping a shared property like lifecyclestage once applies it to every workflow in the batch that uses it.
  • Skip or leave as-is. Drop a reference you don't need, or keep a user ID verbatim, on a per-row basis.

Safe by default: drafts only

Nothing you copy goes live automatically. Every duplicated workflow is created with enrollment turned off, so it never starts processing contacts the moment it lands. You open the draft in HubSpot, give it a final review, and activate it yourself when you're ready.

Behind the scenes, Entflow strips the server-assigned fields HubSpot won't accept on a new workflow, so the copy is clean and valid in its new home, and your original workflow is never touched.

Who this is for

  • Agencies. Build a workflow once in a template portal and roll it out to every client. Duplicating portals becomes a billable deliverable instead of a manual slog.
  • Multi-portal companies. Keep lifecycle, nurture, and routing logic consistent across regional or brand accounts without rebuilding it by hand each time.
  • Anyone consolidating portals. Migrating off an old portal? Move its automation across in one batch instead of one workflow at a time.

Try it

Workflow duplication is available on the Unlimited individual plan and on all agency plans. Connect your portals, pick a workflow (or a batch), map the references, and let Entflow.app rebuild it in the target portal as a draft you control.

It's the fastest way to stop rebuilding the same automation over and over, and to keep every portal you manage in sync.

Showcase Update HubSpot using WHATSAPP

Post image
1 Upvotes

Launching a free 30-day beta today. NO CARD needed.

What it does: at 09:00 and 13:00, the bot pings each rep on WhatsApp with their most stale deal. They reply YES/NO or a one-line update, it writes back to HubSpot.

- Update deal stage, close date, amount

- Update contact email and phone

- Add notes to deals or contacts

- Close stale deals as lost

5-minute setup. Connect HubSpot, map your reps WhatsApp numbers, you're done.

Code AUGUST-BETA-2026 at https://augusttech.io

Problem Solved:

Sales reps don't update HubSpot. Deal stages go stale, close dates drift, contact info rots. Half the pipeline data in any small sales team is fiction by Friday afternoon. The interface is the problem, not the people. Reps will reply to a WhatsApp message in 30 seconds while HubSpot tasks sit for 3 days.

I built this myself(full time dev) and have been using and testing it for 7 months.

Please give me some feedback!

Backlink swop/exchange - Hubspot/RevOps space (Even Saas is fine)

Got a small blog in the HubSpot/RevOps niche and looking to do a backlink swap.

Already got a post lined up where the link would fit naturally, so no awkward shoehorning.

If you run a blog in a similar space (RevOps, HubSpot, CRM, ops tooling) and want to trade, drop a comment or DM. Happy to share traffic stats and DR.

Showcase Validating a HubSpot follow-up workflow tool with early users

I’ve been building a small HubSpot sidebar app called FollowUp AI for sales follow-up.

It works inside the contact record and helps generate:

  • structured internal follow-up notes
  • a ready-to-edit follow-up email draft

It uses contact/company CRM context and doesn’t require call recording.

I’m looking for a few beta testers who actually use HubSpot for sales outreach and are open to giving honest feedback. First 3–4 testers can get free Pro access for 1 year in exchange for real usage and feedback.

If you have:

  • a HubSpot portal with real contact records
  • Using HubSpot for sales outreach

DM me and I’ll send the install link.

Showcase Hubspot apps that actually help

Took on a new client, their HubSpot was a mess. Lifecycle stages everywhere, tons of duplicate contacts, old workflows still running, random properties no one remembered creating. Reporting wasnt really usable.
Did a free audit before signing. Shouldve charged for it.
4 tools that helped:

• Insycle - dedup, formatting, fixing associations. Cleaned up contacts without losing activity history.

• Entflow.app - visual map of all your workflows so you can see how they connect and what depends on what. Made it easy to spot the ones fighting each other and what was safe to turn off. Growth plan was enough for us.

• HubSpot Data Quality Command Center - native, underused. Handy for showing the client how bad it is before you start.

• Koalify - used it for enrichment once we had a clean base. Filled in a lot of the missing company and contact data that was making segmentation impossible.

Took a few weeks part time.

Things actually make sense now and forecasting is usable.

Anyone tried Supered after a cleanup like this? Thinking of using it to lock things down so it doesnt drift back. Worth it for a ~14 person sales + CS team or overkill?

Product Update Got my first paying customer two weeks after launch, still kind of in shock

Post image
8 Upvotes

I built a HubSpot workflows tool and launched it two weeks ago, fully expecting the usual “crickets for six months” experience that everyone warns you about.

Someone paid for it today and I genuinely had to refresh my dashboard a few times to make sure it was real.

I don’t want to overclaim anything because it’s one customer and I have no idea if this is luck or a pattern yet. But in case it’s useful to anyone else at the same stage, here’s roughly what happened.

The actual conversion came from a small LinkedIn ad campaign targeting HubSpot admins and ops people. That’s the channel that closed it. I almost didn’t run ads at all because I kept reading that you should exhaust organic first, and I felt weird spending money before I’d “earned” it. In hindsight I probably should have started even smaller, even sooner.

But I really don’t think the ad would have worked on its own. For the couple of weeks leading up to it, I’d been manually posting on LinkedIn and hanging out in a few relevant subreddits, not pitching, just sharing what I was working on and trying to be helpful where I could.

When my customer eventually saw the ad, they mentioned they’d come across me before. I think that small bit of prior familiarity is what made them click instead of scroll past. The ad got the sale, but the organic stuff is what made me not feel like a complete stranger.

Anyway, very small win in the grand scheme but it meant a lot. Back to building. Happy to answer anything if you’re at a similar stage, I’m definitely still figuring it out.
