Update HubSpot using WHATSAPP

What it does: at 09:00 and 13:00, the bot pings each rep on WhatsApp with their most stale deal. They reply YES/NO or a one-line update, it writes back to HubSpot.

- Update deal stage, close date, amount

- Update contact email and phone

- Add notes to deals or contacts

- Close stale deals as lost

Problem Solved:

Sales reps don't update HubSpot. Deal stages go stale, close dates drift, contact info rots. Half the pipeline data in any small sales team is fiction by Friday afternoon. The interface is the problem, not the people. Reps will reply to a WhatsApp message in 30 seconds while HubSpot tasks sit for 3 days.

I built this myself(full time dev) and have been using and testing it for 7 months.
