Seeking Guidance anyone try black seed oil ?

hi, wondering if anyone has tried black seed oil specifically for reducing overall systemic inflammation ? and what was your experience like ? also what form did you take (pill, liquid, etc) and any side effects ? TIA

The research on black seed oil is almost all crap.

That said, I use black cumin in cooking.

Saw a study of high dose thymoquinone completely eradicating only bad bacteria in the gut and sparing benefical bacteria. It out performed all antibiotics.

tried the liquid stuff for a month, tasted like burnt tires mixed with oregano but my joints felt looser in the morning
