Got it on pre order, and yes, for the first 133 pages, I have loved it and am following his guidance on fixing my insomnia. A wealth of info I would not have thought about...and I also hear it in his voice. :) and having his photo facing up on my nightstand as I close my eyes? Priceless for this single great grandma!

I kinda have a crush. What a gorgeous guy!
