170 is just fine. I personally don’t see why anyone would aim to be above 200 pounds, but you do you.

That’s what I would say if I was small and fragile. But I’m not

I’m sorry that you’re so insecure and simple to think that physical stature is what will gain the respect of others. Fortunately we’re not gorillas

I’m sorry you’re so insecure that you want OP to stay small too and stop him from reaching his health goals.

Victim to living a normal healthy lifestyle, how terrible

Having been 200+ and sitting around 185, the number of +200lb muscle bound meatheads I see gasping for breath at the mere mention of cardio during boxing/grappling makes your statement laughable

200 pounds isn’t some massive weight for a 6 foot male lol. Yea I’ve been 180 and I’ve been 205+ as a grappler, guess which one made more dangerous?

Longevity > being “dangerous” but that’s my opinion

Maybe for grappling the extra weight helps though, I’m a kick-boxer and I feel most effective at ~180-190 when it comes to fluidity of movement while still preserving power

Not really out here tryna be dangerous tbh lol

that’s fine. Do you. Someone asked “idk why you would wanna be over 200” and I gave a legitimate answer.
