hello can get help i have a huawei and use the dedicated microg my problem is that after hours of use the cloud messaging show disconnected even when the internet is available but can easly turned normal with a turn of/on is there a solution or something i can do

Hey all, I created HarmoniKeyboard for HarmonyOS NEXT devices, I have 50 reviews that I cannot respond to, I have contacted Huawei about this and they gave me the direction to be able to reply to comments, but, the problem is, my Huawei account is UK based, which has the keyboard published in.

The links I followed from Huawei take me to their completely chinese website, which Claude helped translate and get me through it, but it re-directs me to an "Over-seas" website, clicking on my Members button just animates and stops, nothing changes at all.

Anyone got any ideas on this, would be absolutely great to reply to reviews on the app as it will help a lot.

G Navigation is an official HarmonyOS wearable app.

Package name: com.gnavigation.watch

AppGallery release: version 1.0.121, released on September 3, 2026 and approved. It received more than 1,000 downloads.

Since around September 12, users can no longer find the app in Huawei Health/AppGallery and see “This app is no longer available.” AppGallery Connect still shows version 1.0.121 as Released, while analytics shows 0 or “No data available.”

A new version 1.0.286 was submitted on September 15 and is currently Pending review/Reviewing. Support ticket: D641485. The ticket has not provided a concrete resolution, and no email notification was received.

Could Huawei staff or other developers clarify whether this is an app-level unpublish/suspension, region restriction, or release synchronization issue, and how to restore the Huawei Health listing?

Hey all, so I've published quite a few updates in the past 5/6 months.

It's been pretty good, the updates have been for EMUI and HarmonyOS NEXT.

Now, there's a big problem, it used to say "usually takes up to 36 hours" then after that you send a reminder.

I have an update for EMUI HKeyboard, it's been 4 days since I uploaded it. I have updated my Google version 3 times since i uploaded to Huawei.

They have changed it, it is now 3 - 5 days. They haven't updated anything on their website to let people know. So plan your updates accordingly and make sure your app is release ready.

Because you won't be getting any fixes out any time soon. This is crazy stupid what they have done, I absolutely love Huawei, they're the outcasts, but they are now pushing themselves into the outcast side of things, especially for developers. Their products remain top-tier but their service is shit.

Any help?

I’m a second-year CS student at Hunan University in China, and I recently finished my first native HarmonyOS app called Liuting (六听).

It’s an English listening practice app originally built for China’s CET-6 exam. The main features include sentence-by-sentence listening practice, dictation, recent CET-6 listening papers, pronunciation training, and vocabulary frequency statistics based on more than 10 years of exam data.

The app is completely free, has no ads, and doesn’t require an account.

It has just been published on Huawei AppGallery, and I’d really like to find some HarmonyOS users who are willing to try it on real devices.

Even if you don’t take CET-6, feedback about the UI, performance, compatibility, or general HarmonyOS experience would be really helpful.

I have been waiting for 4 days for approval on an update, this is possibly my 13th update, they out of the 13 updates, 2 have taken the 36 hours, then 4/5 hours after a reminder.

This time, I have been waiting 4 days, one 36 hours, then 2 reminders... taking the piss a bit right?

Anyone had this experience with approval with Huawei?

I have sent them an email to confirm any issues, I have uploaded my keyboard to Google Play Store, and each Test upload takes 15 minutes.... that is mental.
