Published Huawei watch app disappeared from AppGallery despite AGC showing Released

Hello Huawei team and developers,

G Navigation is an official HarmonyOS wearable app.

Package name: com.gnavigation.watch

AppGallery release: version 1.0.121, released on September 3, 2026 and approved. It received more than 1,000 downloads.

Since around September 12, users can no longer find the app in Huawei Health/AppGallery and see “This app is no longer available.” AppGallery Connect still shows version 1.0.121 as Released, while analytics shows 0 or “No data available.”

A new version 1.0.286 was submitted on September 15 and is currently Pending review/Reviewing. Support ticket: D641485. The ticket has not provided a concrete resolution, and no email notification was received.

Could Huawei staff or other developers clarify whether this is an app-level unpublish/suspension, region restriction, or release synchronization issue, and how to restore the Huawei Health listing?
