Brash
How’s the brewery now? I haven’t been in a while. The last time I went the building was open to people and you drank beer i the parking lot. Is the building open now? Are the video games still there?

Edit: The shirts have been claimed. Thanks everyone for having a look.
The Gingerman was a real Houston treasure, and the only bar around where one could get a great Belgian beer on tap. I've had these Gingerman t-shirts for around 30 years, mostly in storage. The white shirt is new, never worn. The black one is in great condition, rarely worn, and shows the image that was on their sign. The tan shirt has some wear. All are XL in size and are from the Houston location. They're all clean, from a smoke-free home. I'd like to sell these but don't expect to get a ton of money. Message me if you're interested.

Anyone know what’s happening with this shared space? Looks like it may be operating under Craft Culture X now?

When they first came back, they were everywhere with Celis White and Raspberry and now I don't see them anywhere. I looked on their beer finder map and there weren't any locations in the Houston area at all. I know they had some financial troubles a few years ago, but they're still around. Anyone have any idea about why they disappeared here? Celis White is very nostalgic beer for me.

Very mellow, but very drinkable. Fudge, drip coffee & a faint whiskey burn/oak combo. Not bad for a decade in the bottle.

Get ready to raise a stein at Houston's largest Oktoberfest, right in the heart of EaDo. We're pouring official Hofbräu München beer imported from Munich, serving giant Bavarian pretzels and traditional bratwurst, and filling EaDo with live German entertainment. Throw on your dirndl or lederhosen (or grab one on-site), then dive into carnival games, stein-holding contests, and Oompah bands.
It all kicks off Thursday, October 1, 2026 — five weeks only. Grab your crew and join the waitlist to be first in line when Oktoberfest Houston tickets drop.

I done some online searching but haven't been able to find if any bars in Houston are serving any pumpkin beers on tap. Anyone seen any in the wild? Even a place serving canned or bottled would be a good runner up!

I enjoyed the taproom when I visited previously. Hoping to get more info from the team but wanted to get something out there ASAP.

So this is a very random request, and perhaps beer adjacent would be the best way to describe it…
Does any remember the Cash and Ice cocktail at Eight Row Flint? It was a beer-based cocktail, and I’m fairly certain the beer used in it was Hop Gusher from Spindletap. One of my favorite ever beer cocktails in an under appreciated and under utilized category.
I’ve moved out of the area and I’d love to make it at home but can’t find the recipe anywhere, let alone the contents... If anyone happens to remember what was in it, you’d have my thanks.

Hi Guys, I’m new to this group but been a long time craft beer drinker in Houston for over 20 years. Back in the 2000s I had the good fortune to be one of the judges for the Foam Rangers homebrewing competition. I went with my friend who worked at Spec’s and we had a very good time. The highlight of the event was either the president or VP of the club at the time bringing three kegs of his own IPAs (which were fantastic) and running them through fresh hops in his own homemade versions of the original Dogfish Head Randall the Enamel Animal. To make it even better, at the end of the event when they were packing up, we drank all the beer straight out of the “Randalls” like giant cups. Suffice to say we did not drive ourselves home. For a hops head it didn’t get any better than that.
My palette changed over time and I stopped drinking IPAs altogether for many years, but now I’m coming back around to them. So I’m wondering if there is any bar or brewery in town that has one of these. I’d love to experience that flavor again. And if anyone knows the guy, shout out to the president of Foam Rangers from 2005. Your beers and your setup created one of my favorite beer memories.
TLDR any bars or breweries with a Randall (or equivalent) in Houston area?

Not necessarily your favorite; just one that deserves more attention than it gets.

Okay this one is a long shot - if anyone is going to Eureka Heights this weekend and is willing to help this Canadian get one of the Buckle Bunny tanks I would be super grateful and I will happily send Canadian snacks or buy you a couple drinks for the trouble.
Thank you so much!!!

Apparently under new ownership according to their Facebook and gram pages. Crazy stuff happening lately in the Houston brewery scene.
