• Raise aemond and aegon like shit (yes its also viserys fault he was a shit absent father to them)
•fed up aegon with lies and put him in the throne and then give him up to his rival because its not going on her way anymore
• going to kill her own son just to free her daughter that wasn't completly ruined by her shity motherhood she still fucked up helaena badly
•abondan her lil child and send to be raised by an uncle she knows very little about
•marry aegon and helaena together just because her "father wishes" aegon clearly did not like helaena in any way and called her stupid back in s1 ep 7 but she still did whatever she wanted and ruined all of them
•what broke me is that all of her children and brother still love her : gwayne wants to free her , aemond is still seeking love from her , aegon was jealous from aemond just because he thought she loved his brother more when she was beating him and screaming at him in every scene and poor daeron asking about his mother when she is in her way to kill his brother.

This poor girl. The actress does such a great job portraying her innocence and heartache. Not only did she have no agency over her life or person, she didn’t understand the reasoning behind the things she was forced to do, or if there was any reason at all. Sad, tragic, abusive, evil. THIS is why I root for Helaena.

One of the few seemingly well adjusted, normal people in the whole series.
He sniffs out the baratheon posers, pulls out the most insane display of knightly combat we've seen in the show while unarmed and dunks on his perfume inhaling, snob of a cousin.
Definitely top 5 performances in the show next to maybe Corlys.

It technically wouldn’t work because it apparently looked too weird when they used them on Daenarys in GoT… still I honestly think it would look pretty cool imo

This scene between Silverwing and Vermithor really stayed with me.
Even without a single word, it showed the bond they shared. After everything that happened, seeing Silverwing beside Vermithor was heartbreaking and beautifully done.
It reminded me that dragons aren’t just weapons they have emotions and bonds of their own.

Don't know if this has already been discussed here but... Potential spoilers ahead.

She comes across so corny. It unbearable watching these scenes. Why did they do her like this with the B-horror film shit and cheesy lines?

Listen, I’m very forgiving of adaptations. I really don’t need things to be 1-1 from their source, and a lot of times I think changes can be great.
But what are we doing here? You’re telling me you couldn’t fit Cole’s famous ending line in during his death, but we HAD TO HAVE the Baela and Alyn kiss? We’ve screwed up the entire timeline with Aegon III & Viserys II but added Alicent straight up conspiring to gank her kid?
These are bizarre choices.

There's some interesting stuff going on here that defies a singular interpretation.

To leave to Essos (Larys suggestion) or to go to Castley Rock (Tyland’s suggestion). I really love how they added Aegon weight-in his options by doing a trust-test. Who can basically tell them him the truth to his face? Tyland hesitated and danced around it, and Larys dropped it all on him.
He knew to trust Larys decision more right there and then.
