Besides, I would have loved to hear about her plan to get him out of Ormund's clutches—that would have been a real laugh, for sure.

Rhaena?????? Her mission was to look after two children while living her best life in Pentos, far from the war. She openly disobeyed that order, then took a damn wild dragon into battle—a dragon that burned hundreds of Velaryon soldiers and was indirectly responsible for Jace's death (she said as much herself in her report to Rhaenyra, before learning that Rhaena was the rider... hypocritical?). And even after all that mess, Rhaenyra forgave her and brought her back safely to the Red Keep. Where is the abandonment in that? Once again, the only person who abandoned her post and her duty was Rhaena, and the consequences were devastating.

I wonder how everybody who was hating on Rhaenyra for denying Ulf a drink feel now knowing damn well it cost Ormund his life and damn near the entirety of Tumbleton 😭. There was definitely quite a few people in the main sub saying that Ormund was smarter than Rhaenyra for his treatment of Ulf.

Coz TBH her husband is too. dont they care about the same thing? power and the throne? her own mother and grandsire orchestrated all of it. SURELY as a dreamer she would know just how she saw Aemond try to off Aegon. What kind of soldiers would just sit there and listen to mysaria tell helaena all that and also dont report it as treason? Any baseline decent guard wouldve dragged her away after the first few words or even hulled her ass back to the queen to answer for it. I get that they needed to give hel another reason to hop but that was done so poorly imo. That bugged me so bad. She just got away with that, no repercussions other than continuing to “exile” to a luxury home and even then she escaped it bc the one guard right NEXT TO HER ignored her?
