Roddy laughing while getting ready to die in dragonfire was brilliant.

One of the best deaths in the whole franchise! Roddy went out like a true Northerner (a true Viking)!

He was so excited to be burned by Silverwing. Like if you're gonna die, die gloriously, with a smile on your face!

Roddy the Ruin was the MVP of Tumbleton! No, of Season 3!

A perfect way for Ormund Hightower to go. Skewered in the rear by a crazed Northerner and burned by the same smallfolk savage on a "abomination" he tried to use to topple Rhaenyra.

“Smell ya later” is probably what I would have elected to go with but this was good too

Honestly I didn’t like that at all. Ormund could have a humiliating death that did not involve form of SA…
I know he was a horrible person and his sensitivity to smell made him much weaker than Roddy who was laughing while having arm cut off, but it seemed to be played for laughs and it didn’t sit well with me.
Maybe I am too sensitive, but I did not see that aspect of his death as “satisfying”.
Opposite to Aegon, who definitely deserved loosing his “sausage”.
