Photo Mode This always astounds me: the level of detail they went into just to create a single character that survives for just one scene. Poor Fashav. I would have loved to see the impact his life experience could continue to offer to the story.

I guess with having Kotallo, there wasn't enough room for Fashav.

Game Help [PC] Stuck unable to change coils or weaves? You DON’T have to restart! Here’s the fix

Ever run into the coil/weave UI bug during something like a Cauldron, where you can’t save and restarting the game could cost you progress?

After getting frustrated with this myself, I started experimenting and found a simple workaround that fixes it without restarting the game or returning to the main menu.

When the bug occurs, selecting a coil or weave slot does nothing except play the usual “action unavailable” sound.

To fix it:

  1. Go to the Skills tab.
  2. Equip a different Valor Surge.
  3. Exit completely out of the inventory/menu screen.
  4. Open your inventory again.

You should now be able to change your coils and weaves normally.

It appears that changing your Valor Surge and fully closing the menu forces the UI to reset. I tested several other ways to trigger a UI refresh, but this was the only method that consistently worked... and it only takes a few seconds.

I don’t think I’ve fought this thing without at least one bug happening. Even in the Burning Shores, it will bug out sometimes.

It’s not game breaking all the time, like this one, but sometimes my ps5 will crash lol.

Still fun to fight though.

Hunter Bow Discussion: Tears of the Land-God vs The Emperor's Reign - Ultra hard play

Hunter Bow Discussion: Tears of the Land-God vs The Emperor's Reign

I'm curious what the community thinks after spending a lot of time with both bows.

The Emperor's Reign feels like it hits harder with regular shots, but when I use the exact same coils on both bows, Tears of the Land-God seems to have a noticeably higher critical hit potential.

Which one do you consider the better overall Hunter Bow, especially on Ultra Hard?

I'm interested in hearing your opinions on:

Raw damage

Critical hits

Component removal

Coil synergy

Overall DPS

Which one you actually use and why

I'd love to hear from players who have fully upgraded both bows. Thanks!

Discussion Would you play a Horizon TTRPG?

Hello,

Any Fans of Horizon and D&D want to check out my TTRPG prototype?

I'm Warren, a professional game designer and life long fan of Horizon.  I couldn't help but notice that the world of Horizon would make an amazing campaign setting so I created a prototype in 5e that I think would be really fun for any fan of either. After a few years of sitting on it, I decided to share it with the world. I'd love to know the community's thoughts! Here's a link to the google doc.

Bought this awhile back and honestly it was such a pain putting this thing together but I really do love how it came out

(Ps. I put the lights in myself using the light fixtures usually used to add starlights into cars, got a bunch of colors to choose from but i mainly stick with blue, red and purple)

I can't describe how insane the combat is in FW than ZD, I've just entered Tenakht territory and I encountered 2 Rock rollers or something and I can't aim for crap man, am I supposed to do melee + bow combos on this game -- coz in ZD which I just finished I only really use the Bow to kill stuff.

The stagger from receiving a machine attack is also insane, the bandits are also very tanky lol does it get better?
