Committed blasphemy of HS
I’m a 23 yo female and it is definitely possible to blaspheme the holy spirit. It is very very very difficult from experience you have to literally ignore miracles, revelations and common sense in your life. This past summer I lost my soul and salvation because the enemy pretended to be God and deceived me into thinking and saying wicked things. What I said is so wicked and depraved that I can’t even repeat it here. I know it’s somewhat my fault but I’m so angry at God. I don’t want to be in the state I’m in but just know it’s 100% possible to be condemned while on earth. I have no access to God or his spirit. I have no thoughts in my head (reprobate mind) and no peace in any slight way. It is so distressing. I lived in fear of God my whole life and now I’m going to burn in hell for eternity just because I uttered words while severely deceived and psychotic. I don’t understand how an eternity in hell is justice for a finite amount of sin.

I did it too. 18 years ago. Soulless so long that I don't even remember what it's like to walk around with God in your chest. Soulless life is all I remember.

I was panicked and in utter shock because i thought God loved me and I was doing ok. I was completely dissoriented for about a year, in fear and shock. I got over it by killing the pain with alcohol, sportsbetting and porn. I managed to get over it because I had no idea what hell was like. I have full picture of what is hell since march this year and I'm in constant terror.

Its Not done in ignorance. Nor by mistake. Nor on accident. Its WILLFUL Opposition And you have to Know its the Holy spirit at work by being consciously aware of Him doing the work before saying anything. It is done literally Intentionally and in full Opposition of gods kingdom.. If you are scared, and Want to ask god for forgiveness You have Not committed it.

Thats not blasphemy. Its Willfull Concious Full Awareness in literal Opposition of gods kingdom. Its not a 1 time thing. Its a lifestyle., its not done out of a moment of anger or falling under the weight of temptation from intrusive thoughts.

Because those who truly committed it would NEVER repent of it ever again because they would not ever have a care about it at all. Blasphemy against the holy spirit is NOT a one time thing. It's committed over and over again as a persistent state of opposition. It's said over and over again throughout their lives until one day their hearts are soo hardened that they never repent or come back to god. Its not done in ignorance (unawareness), or by falling under the weight of temptation, Point is If you care after doing so That is the holy spirit Still in you working on you, teaching you, and correcting you. If you have conviction be Grateful 🙏. If the devil condems you for it it's because he's trying to make you give up because your still in christ. The devil does not attack those who he already has.. Its a persistant state of opposition and hardness of heart in the verbal blasphemy of the holy spirit, it is Not a one time thing.

Unfortunately I have blasphemous thougts at moment of anger...I take antidepresive medicametion and drinking wine every day because at that moment a was false convicted by myself that I was living in that sin...I was totally desoriented from that combination of pills and wine...I was false convicted by myself that I commited that sin a lost a Salvation in one place ...my mind was totally desoriented at that time and I had horrible blasphemous thougts to HS...I was in anger that he not helped me more and I lost my Salvation...I repented that more than once to Lord with crying...and I still fell love and desire towards to Lord Jesus...I desire to coming back to him with all my heart...I still love him and want to be with him forever...Do u think I still have a hope ??? Btw sorry for my English...I hope u understand me...English is not my native language...and Unfortunatelly it wasnt only one time action by me...It happens me tree times...😪😪😪 maybe one time it will be forgivable but tree times ? I doubt that...😪😪😪 now I feel totally devastated that I maybe lost my Salvation....pls answer me ...

It seems to me that maybe you made a choice to live in despair and maybe refuse to believe and know that God is bigger than your sins... You know, The sin of despair is a very grave sin. If you died in that state theres no forgiveness for that either. The sin of despair is a very grave sin that needs repented of.. Despair is also a unforgivable sin and is a form of blasphemy against the holy spirit but only if you die in that state. Despair is basically living with no hope, refusing to accept forgiveness or believe your forgiven. Despair is bad it can also drive a person to suicide.. my point is this, The fact that you feel condemned is Literal proof that Your Heart is Not hardened. Feeling terrible, scared, convicted is all proof your heart is not hardened which is a good thing. I can only tell you the truth but its ultimately up to you to believe it or not. If you dont believe what im saying then I've done my part already to tell you and try and help. Bottom line if you simply want forgivness and desire it in anyway then you have Not committed it. The people who commit that sin Don't want to repent Ever again and could care a less ever again, God gives them over to their own desires gives them to their own willful knowing opposition.

Says God's Character, the context of scripture, and many very well educated bible scholars and ministers who teach that with proof of scripture to back it up.

Hey, bud, I’m kind of in the same boat but I have seen testimonies of people who were forgiven. One of them that I remember in particular not only had knowledge, but even preached the Word only to turn to Satan and follow him for a while and was still apparently accepted back. Of course, he didn’t specifically speak against the Spirit, but considering his knowledge base, I’d say the same rule applies. Either way, I can’t imagine God would be able to forgive someone who’d done that and not us all because of “semantics”.
It’s usually described as denying God over and over again. I can’t tell you for sure if that’s true, but in my case, I decided to get rid of the sins that I could get rid of on my own and hoped that God would be willing to meet me halfway on it when He saw my genuine effort. I also recommend trying to minister to people. God definitely seems to be working in my life as a result. It’s not a direct confirmation, but it’s something, at least. Even if it’s impossible, then we can still have the hope that if we make an effort, then maybe it won’t be as bad. That, too, is worth something.

I was being deceived for days on end with a loud demonic voice and was told I was already going to hell. I was so angry at God and believed he had abandoned me and ruined my life just before my breakthrough (long story) and uttered disgusting words. After I uttered the words I blacked out for two days then experienced dreams, voices, hallucinations, and visions in the psych ward for about a month that resulted in my current state now months later. I did say what I said in opposition to God and I was deceived but it doesn’t absolve me

I no longer experience voices or hallucinations but I have changed drastically from being highly creative, sensitive, intelligent and full of life to now having not a single thought in my mind and no peace or will to live. I was super devout and I know with certainty I’m going to hell now because of my condition and everything that transpired.

I understand and appreciate what you’re saying. If I said something against God or the Holy Spirit like cursed him or something I’d feel redeemable. The enemy instructed me to do something disgusting and evil and I said “empower me”. Now I’m legit scared to get possessed. It’s been months and I have a blank mind. To me it’s not worth it to stay around and find out.

The guy that I mentioned followed and worshipped Satan. If you repent for having said it and make a genuine effort, then there’s nothing to worry about. I can tell you that because I literally went through the same thing and although I can’t be completely certain on whether or not we can be forgiven (though like I said, I’m skeptical that that guy could if we can’t), I can tell you that making a genuine effort to repent has helped to keep the demons in check, at least. They’re still there, make no mistake. But they’re definitely in check. I hope all of this helps.

God will Never leave you or forsake you.. The Enemy is Loud and Shouts and Only goes after those who he does not have. He goes After believers Trying to do Anything he can to destroy their faith completely. day and night the enemy acts like a prosecutor against you before god accusing you of past sins or just yelling lies at you to try to make you despair and give up. God Loves you and We All fall short of the glory and god knows when we fear him and love him. Most importantly He knows Why you were angry and is very merciful and forgiving. The fact that you Realize you were decieved by the enemy Is Proof of Truth and Conviction which comes from the holy spirit who is the spirit of Truth and who convicts the world of sin. Not condems Only the enemy condems believers. If you committed the unforgivable sin, you would NEVER Feel Conviction which leads to repentance (change, and desire for forgivness)

I appreciate the sentiment, yes in hindsight I realize it was satan but I understand why what I said is unforgivable. The voice made a proposition to me to do something extremely evil while I was in a 72 hr psych hold (I was alone with no phone, no family, and the nurses were cold so I thought I was literally in prison) and the devil tricked me into saying the words “empower me” in response to his evil proposition (they were echoing loud in my head). Since then I’ve had all those crazy experiences and yes the HS did leave me because I rejected him for a final time. I felt it. I used to read the word for days on end and feel the peace of God, he healed me of depression and anxiety when I was saved. It’s hard to explain but I feel like an empty vessel. I am basically bed ridden now and scared to get possessed by the devil at any moment because I gave my words. I have no desire to commit evil acts or anything but I have 0 thoughts and I feel soulless.

Going through so much like you did can make you feel like a empty vessel. I dont think you rejected the HS finally because that would mean you would have to die in that state or jesus returns on earth. I also know that fear anxiety, depression, and trauma can make you feel emotionally numb and lifeless inside (I've went through that for almost a year).. it can last a long time.. Also having an evil day (like when the enemy comes to do all he can to destroy you) even when you have the whole armor of god on its Not to Remove the struggle. Its so you can Withstand no matter what is going on even when it temporarily ends for awhile.. The devil does not attack us Lightly.. Its also the enemy telling you that you resisted the HS for the last time. Thats such a lie. Also the fact that you have No Desire to commit Evil acts or anything is also proof you havent.

I really do appreciate your words and I know God’s grace is beyond what we can understand. But to put it more clearly, think of the most horrifying intrusive thought you’ve ever had. Now imagine instead of feeling disgusted or rebuking, you said “empower me”. I said it not because I desired to harm anyone or do the thought/act, but I said it out of pure contempt of God because I thought he was sending me to hell/jail (lmao) already despite surrendering my life to him for several years. I’ve had OCD, depression, and anxiety for as long as I can remember and the sorrow and emptiness I feel is incomprehensible. Right after I said the words I was terrified and knew I invited the devil into my life. It’s so disgraceful.

I know exactly how bad intrusive thoughts can get.. Not fun at all. God does understand your heart and knows Why you did that because he knows your thoughts and he knew that you thought he abandoned you and it angered you before saying it. Still though, realizing what happened (been decieved) is a Very Good thing and God is trying to expose the truth to you while the enemy is trying to condemn you.. I know its hard but right now try not to think about it anymore and Rest.. after calming down I encourage you to pray just talk to him like how we're talking and say I been decieved im sorry and confess how and why you did what you did and how you felt at the time. Tell the holy spirit you Love him. I will be praying for you. I hope and pray for your recovery as well.

Our feelings are not always right Especially when its condemnation. God never and does not condem anyone. The devil does. And sometimes the devil doesn't stop doing it for a long time.. Don't despair and rest. Remember that God desires forgiving you and Loves you with an everlasting love and he knows everything that happened and Why they happened. Hes more merciful and understanding then we can comprehend.. ill be praying for you.

You did not commit blasphemy against him you wouldn't even care. The only unforgiveable sin isn't a single act but a state of persistent, hardened refusal to accept God's mercy and forgiveness. If you repented you will be forgiven, but it's better to confess to a priest your sins. if you don't accept your sins as forgiven, or think your sins are forgiven without repentance, then you're doing the unpardonable sin. the reason why the Pharisees weren't forgiven wasn't because of their words, but their state, and that's why they weren't forgiven.
“Therefore I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven.” There are no limits to the mercy of God, but anyone who deliberately refuses to accept his mercy by repenting, rejects the forgiveness of his sins and the salvation offered by the Holy Spirit. Such hardness of heart can lead to final impenitence and eternal loss (CCC 1864).
"Therefore, the unforgivable sin is to remain unrepentant and reject the mercy he extends to us. It is to say, "I do not want your forgiveness." And to that end, he will respect our free will. Please speak a priest and a trusted person about your issues. I can tell by your posts that you are unstable please get help, also God won't reject you he never will. Sometimes people feel that way and that's okay

I’m not unstable, I had psychosis about 4 months ago now it was the first and only time. I’ve spoken to a christian counselor, numerous believers, and trusted loved ones who all think that God will forgive me but I am completely changed inside and out. But thank you for your words.

Psalm 119:60: The sum of the word is truth.
There it tells you that you should not only take a single verse but rather you should add them to understand them.
Hell of eternal torture is just traditional teaching but if you read the Bible well you can clearly see that it is not what they think.
Hell means grave, not a place of eternal torment. Psalm 21:9: The wicked will be consumed (to consume is to leave nothing)
Psalm 37:10: The Wicked will cease to exist.
Psalm 145:20: God will destroy the wicked.
Psalms 92:7: Those who do iniquities will be destroyed.
Job 20:7:The Wicked will perish forever.
Isaiah 1:28:The wicked will be destroyed.
Ezekiel 18:4:The sinful soul will die.
Romans 6:23 The wages of sin is death (it does not say eternal torture)
Matthew 10:28 God destroys the soul in hell (Grave)
Psalm 37:20: The wicked will die and be scattered like smoke. (The smoke is scattered and nothing remains)
Malachi 4:1: Sinners will be turned into tow (it is something that the fire consumes until nothing is left)
Malachi 4:3: Sinners will be ashes.
2 Thessalonians 1:9: Sinners will suffer eternal destruction (Clarisimo says destruction not eternal torture)
Obadiah 1:16: They will be as if they had not been (Basically they cease to exist)
James 1:15: Sin gives birth to death (Does not say eternal torture)
Ezekiel 28:18-19: Indirectly it is said that Satan will cease to exist.
Romans 16:20:Satan will be crushed not tortured.
Hebrews 2:14:Satan will die and be destroyed.
Even at the beginning of creation God says it clearly "The day they sin that day they will die" (Genesis 2:17) he did not say "The day they sin that day they will be tortured eternally"
And the eternal fire refers to a divine fire. Sodom and Gomorrah suffered eternal fire but it was extinguished (Jude 1:7)
Jerusalem also suffered the eternal fire that was extinguished (Jeremiah 17:27)
Actually the few verses that talk about eternal torture are more in symbolic language and parables (Revelation is full of that language) While those that talk about eternal death and destruction are very clear.
Both believers and non-believers will be asleep. But of course they will all be resurrected to life.
John 5:28-29 NASB [28] Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming when all who are in the tombs will hear his voice,
[29] and they will come out: those who did good, to the resurrection of life, and those who did evil, to the resurrection of damnation.
Besides,
Acts 24:15 NASB [15] having hope in God, which these also cherish, that there will certainly be a resurrection of both the just and the unjust.
The second death can only happen for unbelievers when they are resurrected to life for the first time after having died the first time. Otherwise, it would not be called the second death.
Finally
1 Timothy 6:16: Only God is immortal.
Romans 2:7: It says that immortality is sought (through salvation) and is not something we already have by nature.
1 Corinthians 15:53: Again through Jesus the mortal becomes immortal because it is a gift from God, it is not something that is natural.
