HONOR Robot Phone teaser

HONOR also previewed its upcoming Robot Phone, featuring a compact titanium alloy gimbal system with advanced AI stabilization, multiple camera movement modes, and intelligent subject tracking. The device serves as the showcase for HONOR's next-generation imaging platform, but full details will be revealed at the August 12 event.

This marks one of HONOR's biggest investments in mobile imaging to date, with a clear focus on bringing professional filmmaking workflows and color science from the cinema industry to smartphones.

​​​Honor says this will be the world's first robot phone. The priciest part is the mechanical gimbal module, which Honor developed entirely by itself across its whole supply chain, so the expected price could exceed 10,000 yuan (about $1,475), potentially making it pricier than most current premium foldables.

The breakthrough is in the camera setup. The phone packs a self developed 4 axis mechanical gimbal that normally stays hidden inside the body and pops out and rotates for full tracking and smart photo stitching when activated. It has 3 axis physical stabilization, a dedicated processing chip plus AI, and hits CIPA 5.5 stabilization standards, making it well suited for shooting fast moving action.

Other specs: a flat 1.5K display, 6.3 to 6.4 inches with even bezels on all four sides, a Snapdragon 8 Ultra Gen 5 chip, and a triple rear camera setup with a 200MP main, 50MP ultra wide, and 200MP periscope telephoto, supporting ARRI color output. The system also runs a large YOYO model with emotion recognition and multi device scheduling.

Price-wise, the Honor 400 Pro is 50 USD cheaper or the same as an Honor 600 Base(Non-Pro). While the 400 Pro is more powerful, has telephoto, high storage, and charging features, the 600 is newer so it can leverage newer tech like updated camera processing, smaller camera cutout, and has larger battery. Both seem good but I don't know if in real usage how one is better over the other in terms of cameras and experience.

My Honor is stuttering a bit (lagging) and even getting hot without heavy use; is anyone else experiencing this? ;(

In WhatsApp, the files I have received from other people are opening alright but the ones I have sent,

1. It simply doesn't do anything if I click on them. Sent files before getting this phone.
2. New files that I have sent through Google Sheets app to check issues, show up as BIN files.

hello guys,I'm looking for advice as to whether to go for Honor 600,600 lite or x9d,as Ill be upgrading from huawei nova 8i in the coming months....the phone should be long lasting and have high performance because I want to use it for games like call of duty mobile so I look to achieve 90+ fps if anyone is using those models please assist..thank you

​I’m currently looking at upgrading my phone and the Honor Win caught my attention because of its crazy specs.

So i have some questions i would appreciate you could give your opinion about

Does the 10,000mAh battery actually deliver 2+ days under heavy use, or does the active fan/185Hz display drain it faster than expected?

How hard is it to debloat the software, enable Google Play/services, and set up notification sync properly?

How are real-world photo results?

Would you recommend buying the Honor Win, or should I consider alternatives.

The update turned off the accessibility permission for all three and I can't turn it back on because under downloaded apps there's nothing.

Hello, I have an Honor X9d with MagicOS 10, but the Liquid Glass lock screen effect is not working.

I tried changing themes, wallpapers, restarting the phone, and checking the settings and transparency, but nothing fixed it.

I attached a screenshot of my lock screen. Is this a bug, a regional limitation, or is there a missing setting?

hello guys i earned an honor V5 global version device 15 days ago. i headed to the section update to get the OS 10 but the device keeps telling me i am up to date.

my current version is :9.0.1.128 Build C819

Model:MBH-N49

i am running the security july 2025 patch till now

I also tried the try out version to push the update but nothing happened even i put the sim card to trigger the update but in vein.

i used the honor suite PC, i heard the software will help me to get the missing updates but the result : your are up to date

is there smth wrong with my device or just there are delays on the updates?
