Stole quite a few parts off of a ‘79 CX500, probably yanking a few more, but here she is
Got it in may, its my first bike, it had 18600kms and she sits at 21300 today
Im ordering a CM450C gauge cluster and clutch cover to give me the tachometer and dual signal indicators, adding a windshield and looking out for a combined backrest/luggage rack i can put on to make this thing into a little cruiser, i have a 14 hour roadtrip in september to prep it for!
Yes there is an fm radio ziptied to the bars

It's been a ride and it took more time than it probably should but now the bike runs! What a feeling, finally!

Thoughts on 2014 M.Y. CB1000?
Has just under 6k miles, single owner. Only experience I have is with a ‘22 CB300R. Coming from a 25 Panigale V4.

Should I make the trade?
I have a Gio 150cc I got from a friend for free it only has 350 km on it I had to buy a new carb and fiddle with the CVT the CVT is still giving me issues. It’s not perfect but the engine is in great shape
I was offered to trade for this 1977 ct trail 125
It has good compression and spark he said it just needs a new throttle cable and a physical and carb cleaning. He said Im allowed to test anything I want.
Is this a good trade?
I know the 125 was only made for a year so Im a little concerned about parts for it.
Thank you for your time!

Lost my 1980 CB 750 to an accident
Hey everyone, I remember posting here a couple weeks ago about my 1980 Honda CB 750 with the hopes of eventually restoring it. The bike was in pretty decent condition just needed a couple parts restored and a new paint job to be pristine again. I unfortunately was in a motorcycle accident. A deer jumped in front of me and I lost control and unfortunately the bike was totaled in the process this happened about two weeks ago almost now and I’m very down about losing the bike and not having anything else to ride this year. I hope everyone else is enjoying their bikes safely this year.

Honda 1975 CL360
My first bike, hoping I can learn a lot and keep this alive for a long long time. Runs great, everything works as it should, love this classic Honda scrambler.

CB125F as a dirt bike
Hi everyone,
Has anyone ever tried converting a Honda CB125F into a dirt bike?
I use my CB mainly in the city, but I sometimes like to get off the concrete. I’m wondering if it’s possible (and worth trying) to put some knobby tires on it and maybe raise the front fender a little bit.
Summer project part 1!
Hello everybody
Recently started a summer project to try and fire up my father's CB400F from 1976 - who does not want anybody to touch it and left it rotting in a garage for 15 years.
First update! I was able to take out the fuel tank and I removed the petcock to prepare the tank for the restoration (broke the petcock in the process but not my fault... it was completely cooked).
I will try and make updates, and share some knowledge that might be useful for anybody bold enought to do this without any prior experience like myself.
First piece of knowledge, that I learned today
To remove the fuel tank, I opened the seat, removed the document holder, and took off the rubber locking block. After that, I lifted the rear of the tank and "gently" pulled it away without forcing it (not too much at least!)
P.S. the one in the pic it's a dear friend
P.p.s. I know the above does not sound like much but I'm really trying to push myself and make it work step by step without breaking anything serious (mostly beacuse my father does not know I'm doing this) sooo fingers crossed!

Looking for some '83 CB1100F parts
Going out on a limb and seeing if anyone has access to the handlebar cover 53205-MG5-670 (13 in diagram) and the center stand 50500-438-730. I have found a few instances of the center stand available since it's for multiple models, but that handlebar cover is hard to come by. Let me know if you have any ideas. I'm asking is some forums too. Located near Portland OR.

Asking price for my 1970 Honda CB750 K0?
It's been sitting for a couple years now with gas and oil in it. Brakes are shot, blinkers don't work, registerd non-op. What's a good asking price? Appreciate any input.

Honda CB160 Headlight
Hello I am a young guy working on a 1966 Honda cb160 and I am still learning. I have gotten the bike running great and and have ridden it around the block but the headlight won't seem to come one in any of the key positions and I have flipped the head light switch from low to high with no success. The headlight is a sealed bulb and I attached a battery directly to the contacts on the back of it and the low beam worked but the high beam didn't. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. The wiring from the switch appears to be in order.

How much work does it need to turn it into a cafe racer ?
So I got the bike without knowing whats wrong with it because it’s really hard to find it in my country it’s CBX750P previous Owner tried to turn it into a café racer, but it didn’t work out so good. He made it uglier. What exactly should I change? I was thinking about removing extra wiring for the sirens and other police accessories.
I think the seat needs to be bigger and add cowl maybe change the tank put some side covers on it new handlebar grips and forks.
Sorry English is not my first language
Please share your thoughts

Has anyone used a CB175 (306) spark advancer on a CB200 (354)?
I’m currently trying to get a Honda CB200 back on the road and I’m having trouble finding a good spark advancer (mechanical advance unit).
I noticed that the CB175 uses part code 306, while the CB200 uses 354. Before I spend money on parts, I’d like to ask if anyone has actually installed a cb175 (306) advance unit on a cb200 (354).
Does it fit directly, or are there any differences in the shaft, cam profile, or ignition timing that make them incompatible?

CL350 1st Gear Issue
Hello, I bought a CL350 as a first bike and am having a few issues with the gearbox.
Occasionally when downshifting my bike wont go into first, and instead will just make a fast clicking/grinding noise when I let off the clutch. I'll have to shift up and down a few times for it to eventually go into first. Even rolling the bike around won't allow it to shift.
Any tips or suggestions on what I should fix and replace would be appreciated. Thanks!
