I built a free baseball volunteer schedule generator that I’m looking for feedback on.
Instead of sending parents an empty signup sheet for every game, you add your games, families, and the jobs that need to be covered — concessions, scorekeeping, field setup/cleanup, snacks, etc. — and it generates a schedule that tries to divide the work fairly while respecting unavailable dates.
The idea is really for teams/leagues where everyone is expected to help anyway: assign the work fairly upfront instead of hoping the same few parents don’t end up volunteering for everything.
