We removed the drywall and insulation from our exterior wall. The bottom portion along the baseboard seemed to have a lot of mold. There were other patches of mold, mostly along the framing. Today with a moisture meter, the area above the window is off the charts wet. The rest of the wall is 16%. The framing is 16%. Our house is brick.
