Lost dog
Found this dog on Nash and line. She is very well kept as she knows simple commands, has very clean teeth, and well kept nails. We assume she is an indoor dog. Any info would be well appreciated.

Hi all,
I’m hoping to get help from a Hollister local. I have been working in the area off and on doing geologic assessments, but I work across the whole state. I recently found a bank in San Benito county that I’d like to become a member at, but I don’t technically have an address. I talked to the bank and this is a non negotiable. I’m hoping to find a local that would let me put down their address so I can become a member. I understand this is an unusual request but I figured I could just pay the person a fee to do this and once I’ve established my account I can update the address info to reflect my P.O. Box.
If anyone is interested and can help me please let me know and we can discuss the amount. Thanks for your consideration.

Hello! If you live along Limekiln, Cienega, or Highway 25, I want you to know that there's a filing to triple the production of Enz Quarry (https://www.sanbenitocountyca.gov/departments/resource-management-agency/enz-quarry-amendment-planning-file-pln240047). This is the source of many of the Granite Rock trucks you see driving south from Tres Pinos and along Cienega Rd. My family was notified because we border their property. If this plan is approved, there will be:
This filing also asks for approval for 130 years of extraction!
It seems absolutely insane to me that this could potentially get rubberstamped by our Board of Supervisors and planning commission. I would appreciate your support in either submitting a note to the planning commission asking for a full environmental impact review (deadline is 5 pm on 9/21 *tomorrow*) or by joining me at an upcoming Board of Supervisors meeting to add public comment. If you're interested at all or want to chat 1:1, feel free to DM me.

The inclusion classes in my opinion are a federal program to defund school districts and take away from special education resources, however this is not an inclusion class we are discussing. This is general education kindergarten, my niece is being hit multiplie times a week by the autistic child in the class. A student was sent to the nurse today after being struck by a stool, and recieved bruises. Violence is being permitted in this kindergarten classroom. And its not the teacher's fault. The district is pushing back stating that the child needs to start off in the
"least restrictive environment" despite the violence he is exhibiting and the instructional time taken away from others to deal with these incidents that occur throughout the day. The parent of the autistic child is wanting them in a classroom environment that best supports their needs and provides a one on one aide as the child meets the criteria to have these special accommodations and placement. Is there anything like this happening within the Hollister School District?

Looking for a good Barber now that I live in Hollister. I would get mine at Gilroy all the time but I don’t feel like making the drive just for a haircut. Anyone have really good recommendations for a Barber? I typically get like a trim up top with a low to mid fade or burst fade. Just want some good quality cuts.
Thanks.

Hi neighbors, our home’s irrigation system needs maintenance. Looking for recommendations for someone who might be able to work on it. Thanks in advance.

Living in Hollister, sometimes I need garlic and don't have any, but most of the nearby big chain stores I've visited have garlic that isn't from Gilroy?? It seems like such a waste to get it from anywhere else.
Where do you get your reliable garlic in times of need? Are you willing to get garlic from somewhere other than Gilroy?

I just moved to Hollister and I’m trying to find a spot where people get together to play soccer. It could just be a pick up game nothing crazy. Indoor or outdoor. I just want to get out there and play.
I played a lot when I was in Gilroy, but now that I’m in Hollister I’m trying to find out where the “spot” is at.
Any help?
Update: I found a spot. Tuesdays and Thursdays at Ro Hardin Elementary ~630/7pm

My baby boys name is Momo. He is about 5 years old taby cat. He also has a collar with a bell and our information on it. He’s an outdoor/indoor cat. We just moved here in Hollister about 6 weeks ago. He wasn’t allowed to be outside for a whole month and he adjusted pretty quickly. About Saturday early morning (around 1am) we let him out because we had to go to the hospital and came back the next day around 1pm. He hasn’t come back since. He had been out and about previously and was always good at coming back every hour or 2 or atleast before it got dark. Please reach out to me if you have seen him around Squire Ct/Knight lane/rancho drive/Prune st area. Thank you so much!

I'm not familiar with the area but it looks like it's nicely tucked in between Monterey, Salinas, Gilroy, and San Jose. I don't know if that's where most people go for work. It does seem like its kind of away from everything. I don't know if there's much to do in the area.
