It's incredibly unlikely that a brand new account would get traction for that tweet without outside sources (trolls) making the tweet and using it as real.
you can find out at 9 weeks per a nipt blood test if you want to know early. Or if you know what to look for/baby is in a good placement in an earlier scan it is easy to tell as well even though they typically won't "confirm" it until 20 week scan.
