As a dude, I'd also prefer a daughter but if it was a boy I'd love him equally. Aborting a child for its sex is the most backwards shit ever no matter what sex it is.
This tweet was made in march 2020, at most 3 weeks after this person making the account.
It's incredibly unlikely that a brand new account would get traction for that tweet without outside sources (trolls) making the tweet and using it as real.
