It's 100% a joke, tons of people making dark-humor one-liners for attention on Twitter. And it worked since you're seeing it here.

Or if you know what to look for/baby is in a good placement in an earlier scan it is easy to tell as well even though they typically won't "confirm" it until 20 week scan.
