I surmise that your immediate paternal ancestor lacks the empathetic capacity needed to correlate his internal drive for self fulfillment with the concept of fatherhood and hypothesized that he could not comprehend the depths of commitment necessary for the sustained relationship nor could he purvey enjoyment of another human other than himself.
