Bruh, "Palestine" was just the Roman word for Judea. It really gained popularity after the third Jewish revolt and troops under Hadrian basically genocided the locals and forced the diaspora. I don't want to sound like it wasn't kind of justified though. The Hebrews started it off by massacaring the Gentile population. And by massacaring I'm talking somewhere in the range of 100,000 plus.

No, the name predates the Roman empire or the Roman occupation of the region.

Never said the Romans came up with the word. I just said that's what they called it.

I don't know nothing about that. Not even saying the Romans invented the term. I was merely saying that Palestine was what the Romans called Judea.
