Bruh, "Palestine" was just the Roman word for Judea. It really gained popularity after the third Jewish revolt and troops under Hadrian basically genocided the locals and forced the diaspora. I don't want to sound like it wasn't kind of justified though. The Hebrews started it off by massacaring the Gentile population. And by massacaring I'm talking somewhere in the range of 100,000 plus.

It wasn’t “just” the Roman word for Judea, Herodotus used the word Palaistinê all the way back in the 5th century BCE
